Gubeng Hotels with Pools

Honestly, the hotel really surprised me. I've been to Surabaya several times before and expected to see poor service, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. The food in the dining hall was excellent. As for the city, it's beautiful and definitely worth visiting, plus it has a good historical element. The staff is friendly and happy to take your luggage to the waiting room. While you wait, they might even offer you coffee and some fresh fruit. Regarding cleanliness, there were a few minor issues, but they were small, so it's still a four-star experience. The view of the city center is magnificent; because the hotel is like a skyscraper, it feels like you're soaring above the city, which is incredibly beautiful. This hotel definitely deserves five stars.

The hotel's location is close to everything, very strategic. The facilities are complete, and the cleanliness and comfort are satisfying. The staff service is quick and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with G Suites Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Surabaya – great value and satisfying! ❤️❤️👍👍👍, wishing them continued success.

The room could use a proper deep clean as you can see grime in places like the shower head or the toilet flush but overall it was a nice suite. The complimentary drinks and snacks were very generous. The breakfast boxes were great and the laundry was fast and effective but I realized later that they didn’t return my laundry bag which was disappointing. Also it took a long time for the reception to confirm whether they could get my laundry done within 14 hours and they passed me along to a lot of different people to confirm that.

From the outside, it's a little small, when I entered, it turned out that there were a lot of rooms. The elevator is large. The air conditioner TV is ok, the toilet hot water is not on. There is a gap in the door of the room, so it looks like it is taken from the outside. Near the rsj sleeping. Not bad for a tight rest.
