Great Hotel with good facilities. Fantastic and helpful staff!

The InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal. It has an interesting history. The original chateau building was constructed in the early 20th century by the architect Guillaume Tronchet in the Louis XVI style. The chateau was originally built as a country residence for the aristocracy of the early 20th century, and the architecture still shows the features of the ”transition” - the classical austerity of the Louis XVI style is intertwined with the light eclecticism of the Belle Époque. The hotel is located in the Chantilly forest, which creates a sense of a secluded reserve surrounded by Nature . Despite the proximity of Paris (only about 40 km), the hotel remains a quiet refuge in the forest - a feeling of being in a country castle rather than just a hotel. The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace . Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy. The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely best stay possible, the place is stunning and very well located, just a short walk away from the castle. The owner is very kind and welcoming too, overall we really appreciated our time there. Shout out to Channel, Dior, Chelsea, Jello and the cats, the cute pets in the property 😁

Lovely countryside hotel with a pool, and a fantastic restaurant for an evening meal. Booked as a stop off on the way back from Brittany. Perfect distance for a short drive to Calais the next day.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. A little noise from the neighbor upstairs but stops at midnight, ouf. There are car loaders , free for Tesla, but paying a hospital for those who have electric cars. I will return.

le site s'étend sur plusieurs domaines et nous étions côté plage, ce qui nous situait à peine à 10mn de la plage à pied. Le lieu est propre, bien conçu avec un coin terrasse ce qui nous a permis de déjeuner à l'extérieur. Notre domaine possède une piscine mais fermée au mois de mai ce qui oblige à aller du côté de l'accueil et pour cela il faut prendre la voiture ou le vélo car éloigné (environ 20 mn à pied). Je recommande vivement le lieu

Really lovely all-round. I think they upgraded my room from 'Economy' to a lovely one in the main Chateau, and it was lovely - really a suite! The staff were all excellent, and next time I'll be trying the dining room, which seems lovely (and nice to see a waiter in a jacket and black bow tie for once!) Right by the ruins of the castle, and when I left at first light I saw lots of rabbits jumping around!

Excellent hospitality and helpful staff. Over expectation good food both breakfast and dinner were price quality ratio very good with many and fresh vegetables  No problem to open the restaurant half an hour earlier and arrange the room with late checkout  The facilities of this hotel that is not new are compared with newer and much more expensive hotels all right  Spacious bathroom with enough towels , a separate toilet room with closed door  No noise overload A great pool with sunshine and seats Excellent espresso and coffee facilities  In short, surprising good for a little outside Amiens hotel
