The room was very good and clean. The facilities are not old. The surrounding environment is very quiet, the evening breeze is breezy, sitting on the wicker chair at the entrance of the hotel to watch the sunset is very pleasant.
But this time I stayed in the hotel and there was no hot water in the hotel, which was unbearable. We negotiated with the front desk. A bearded man was very gentleman and calmly received us, accepting all our questions and complaints, but there was no clear solution and no measures. The implication is that we accept the reality of no hot water. This makes us angry. When we raise our voice, the gentleman motions us not to speak loudly. Okay, then we say it quietly. Asked the manager to come forward to solve the problem, the reply said that the manager was off work, asked how to take a shower, and the reply said that he did not know. At that time, we wanted to get angry, but we resisted. Later, a thin bearded man came over and he listened to our confiding, and when we proposed that we should at least contact a hotel with hot water for everyone to take a shower and come back, he agreed.
The subsequent treatment should be praised for the thin bearded man. He contacted another hotel and arranged six taxis. All the team members took a taxi to the hotel to take a shower and then took a taxi back. It is spectacular.
In this incident, I also want to praise the platform customer service, keep track of the handling of the incident, constantly contact us, and finally ask the hotel to arrange two free dinners for the team. This allows everyone to see the positive attitude of the platform. It is worthy of praise for this.

Unfortunately, it was not recognisable when booking that the accommodation was not disabled to go. In the remise there was no seat so we had to leave early. This hotel is not suitable for older people with disabilities. The dining room would also be too tight. The staff were very friendly. You said on your hotel page will expressly point to it. Please do it too. It's very bad that I couldn't give my mother a beautiful stay. With friendly greetings

Eating very good. Rooms are warm - Airco would be welcome or a ventilator. Very friendly staff.
Bike rental at the hotel would also be a nice option because this hotel is on a nice bike route.

TThe John SmithI was disappointed to find out ipon checking in that the bar was not open during our visit and even more upset to discover no restaurant available.
Considering these were the 2 top reasons for booking after a long drive I feel these things should not be advertised if they are not provided. I could of went elsewhere and probably cheaper had I known this sooner.
The room was good and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was very clean, there was a kitchen, the tableware was complete and cleaned, and it was placed in the cabinet drawer under the stove. Oil and salt are available. The dishes are in the cabinet above, enough for three people. The sponge and detergent for washing dishes are on the edge of the pool. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. We bought vegetables, fruits and eggs and put them in the refrigerator. It was enough to eat for many days without purchasing them every day, and we saved money for eating out. The bathroom was bright and clean, Germany was dry, the towels in the bathroom were there, and they were dry at night. The hotel is located in the city center and the traffic at the door is very convenient. We took the bus to William Highland Park. Next to the hotel is the supermarket, it is very convenient to buy some daily necessities. This hotel is suitable for free travellers in Germany.

TV with many programmes. Continental breakfast buffet. Drink and snack machine. Automatic for coffee and supper. Afterwards quiet room. Apart from Hercules, beautiful morning and evening sky. I asked where to buy this wonderful mattress, unfortunately I didn't get a answer to my mail.

It is not recommended to buy breakfast at the hotel. Chinese people may not be comfortable with it, except that it is salty or salty.
