My stay at the Jianguo Hotel in Weinan was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
Let's start with the breakfast - a culinary delight that surpassed all expectations. Each morning, I was treated to a delectable spread of both local and international cuisine. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making it a perfect way to begin each day of my stay.
However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The entire team, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always eager to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.
The level of cleanliness and attention to detail maintained by the cleaning staff was remarkable. My room was immaculate, and the cleaning ladies ensured that I returned to a welcoming and tidy space after a day of exploring Weinan.

Brand new facility but the staff is not yet trained to welcome foreign guests. The registration to the police is their duty but they sent us the WeChat link to do it by ourselves. We had to insist so they do it.
The swimming pool is great. 👍
Dining service can improve too (why spoiling the food by pouring the wasabi sauce in front of us without instead of leaving the sauce in the pot for us to add the suitable flavor).
They are trying their best and we can feel their efforts but the result is yet to achieve. Better management should be provided to guide the team..

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Amazing homestay hotel which I would thoroughly recommend my friends to stay at if they ever visit Huashan. The staff are extremely helpful, offering to give lifts to and from the station and mountain. The hotel itself has extremely comforting rooms, while providing great amenities like a swimming pool, pool table and even retro games machines. It has everything you would want.

The hotel environment is OK, and it is quite big. According to the front desk, there are 3 buildings, opposite the ancient city gate of Hancheng, and it has its own courtyard~ However, the courtyard with better scenery is open to the outside, so even though I booked a courtyard room, there is no view outside the window~
The room is not small, and the overall facilities are OK. It is a bit strange that the shower water is not very good, the water flow is too small, but the shower design has problems. The water will overflow after washing, and the whole bathroom is wet and inconvenient. I still think it should be improved. The breakfast is also simple, but it is okay to eat enough

That's fine. It makes no sense for Ctrip to charge an additional 470 yuan. I booked a room online for 188 yuan for one day, and I booked two rooms for three nights. Ctrip's charge of 1,589 yuan is inconsistent with the actual price. The overcharge should be refunded.

AAnonymous UserThe room is fully equipped, clean and has its own parking lot. There are pick-up and drop-off services at the Huashan Scenic Area Visitor Center, and scenic area tickets and cableway tickets can be purchased directly for free. The overall service is very considerate. You can order meals for lunch and dinner, which is very convenient and the food is quite delicious. It was a very good stay experience. I didn't take pictures of the room when I checked in. Attached are some photos of Huashan Scenic Area

This is a B&B. It's very clean and you can eat. The most important thing is that the owner is very nice and down-to-earth. He can also pick us up from Huashan at 11 o'clock in the evening. We will be sent to the visitor center the next day and then taken back to the hotel. It's okay You can send it to the station again, and you can communicate by phone at any time. When I came back in the evening, the large plate of chicken cooked by the landlady was also very good. I forgot to take pictures after eating. The seven people were well fed. Worth promoting.

Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms.
She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for.
She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones.
Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay in a famous hotel. With just one phone call, the proprietress showed up to pick us up at the high-speed rail station and introduced us all the way. When we arrived, we found that it was really at the foot of Huashan Mountain, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air was sweet.
I got up not too early in the morning, wrapped myself in my coat, and walked around in the slightly wintery atmosphere. Huashan Mountain was shrouded in mist, the branches were full of persimmons, and the kitchen had a strong smell of meat. It was great to live here!
Thanks to the boss for allowing me to eat such delicious persimmons (taught me to take off the lid, wipe it with my hands, and suck it, it’s so sweet! The important thing is that I don’t need to wash it~.~)

SSarahHotel is not near main *****, however close to the mountain entrance and couple of mins Didi ride. Hotel accepts foreigners however do not speak, but can communicate everything via WeChat English/ translation no problem. Hotel owner will go out of her way to help us. Driver is always happy to accomodate drop off and pick up and easily organise through WeChat. We spent 12hours on the mountain and the main reason for our stay. Thank you for welcoming Australians and we thank the driver and owner for being so welcoming despite the language barrier. We had noodles for dinner at the hotel which was very tasty!

We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to service you. We were picked up from train station on time and the manager showed me a map of Huashan mountain and also provided us with gloves. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was massive with its own kitchen and sofa.
Cons:
Bathroom is leaking, kitchen is leaking, toilet is wet, doesn't flush properly. Lots of cleaning issues. Cigarette smell was bad (pretty common in many Chinese hotels).
Unfortunately because of many plumbing issues, leaking etc I can't really recommend this place.

I am very satisfied with the location of the B&B. You can enter the Yuquanyuan Scenic Area within a three- to four-minute walk, and the trailhead is right up there. The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. We stayed in a family room, and the service was great. We felt like we were friends. The supporting facilities in the store are complete, and the location of the B&B is very suitable for travel. I am very satisfied. The price is also very economical. Maybe it is because living here makes the trip worthwhile. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again when I come to Huashan in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a prime location in the city center, next to the Wutongshu Food Street, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk service is enthusiastic, there is a dedicated underground parking lot, and the elevator can go directly to the room. The room is high above, with a wide view, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and free breakfast. The stay experience is good, the price-performance ratio is high, and it is worth recommending. The sheets are a bit too old, with small holes, but they are very clean. It would be better if they were replaced with new ones.
