Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. Now I can only say that I probably won’t visit again.

The overall stay was comfortable. The hot spring pool in the room was quite large. There is also a public hot spring pool on the 5th floor. Remember to bring your swimsuit. The service staff arranged for us to go to the highest floor, the 18th floor. It was really beautiful when I opened the curtains in the morning. The only small drawback is that the sound insulation is not so good. I can still hear the small door opening sound next door, but it is acceptable. There are not many breakfast options, but occasionally I come to relax and take a hot spring bath, which I think is very good.

We stayed from 7/22 - 25 and in room 1329. The view from the room of the sea was great. Overall service was great. The staff were very efficient and friendly. I have just one issue - Breakfast. The breakfast buffet every morning was the same and that was a let down. We had three breakfasts and everyday it was the same. Maybe look into that as no guest that stays in your hotel wants to eat the same food for breakfast everyday.

GGuest UserAs soon as we arrived, the boss was very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage and served drinks. We waited for the air-conditioning to get cooler upstairs and then went to the room. He told us about the nearby attractions and interacted well with the children. The breakfast was delicious and you could see the beautiful view. It was really great. AAnonymous UserA supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard.
The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth.
The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters.
Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

GGuest UserHotel Intrendy is about a 5 min walk from the Taishan Guihe MRT stop on the Airport line and about 30 minutes to Terminal 2 (after transfer to the fast train). The front desk staff were amazing - with both check-in as well as providing a great orientation as to what to go and see and where to eat. It really was above and beyond that which you find in most hotels - and it was just outstanding customer service. I was not sure what to expect when I chose the room - but was greatly surprised to find that their rooms are very nice sized! Really great room! And the bathroom had a shower and a tub and was separated from the rest of the room by a glass window with a blind. you do not often find huge bathrooms in most places -- and this was huge! Very clean room - and all around great value. Look forward to staying there next trip!

FFeel123Because my husband really wanted to soak in a hot spring, we compared many hot spring hotels and found Yun's hotel has a very high cost performance, the room is much larger and very clean, and it is more suitable for families! Although there was a minor incident in the middle, the front desk handled it quickly! The best thing is the breakfast, which is rich, delicious and nutritionally balanced! On the second day of our stay, we were already planning to bring our kids back next time! Hope you will have a pleasant stay next time!

GGuest UserOutstanding! Seemed to be heavily discounted when I booked, as it was the 2nd cheapest hotel in the area, but it was fantastic. Practicality first - only a few minutes from an MRT station. The facilities are amazing. I didn't try the actual spa area, but discovered the room had a bath as well as a shower, the shower had multiple shower head options and also doubled as a steam room. Perfect after a long run to have a private steam room, then a hot bath and finally a cool shower. Love it. The bed was massive, there was also a couch and a writing desk. Definitely the best hotel I've found in Taipei, especially at this price! Room was pretty quiet too, although as with many places the fridge was a bit noisy so I unplugged it. Also, there was a 24 hour self-service restaurant area, with cereals, breads and croissants. During the day, the cereals were replaced with crisps and at night (maybe after 10pm) there was a choice of instant noodles and a fancy cooker. Also all day there was free tea/fresh ground coffee/water/hot chocolate and also sodas on tap, along with packaged sweets and nibbles. The area was very nice and I spent a while relaxing here with a hot chocolate on the way back every day. Definitely would stay here again.

Disgraceful to mentioned that one lady with short hair (hotel manager I guessed) totally ignoring check in customers at main entrance. No bell boy at all except her standing there ignoring all walk in customers with hand carry luggages. She don’t even bother to open the door or offering any assistance to customers. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable and unprofessional to work in hotel line. The breakfasts are acceptable and staffs were good in cleaning up tables. Hotel conditions are average and well maintained. Room was acceptable and nothing great to mention. Customer service is the key to improve in this hotel rather than being ignorant! Attached Costco monthly BEST workers scheme for reference!!

The room is clean and spacious, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, making it very comfortable to sleep. The service at the counter was very good. They proactively helped us upgrade our room type. We requested 2 more pillows per room, which were also delivered to the room very quickly. The breakfast had many types and tasted very good. Because it was the weekend, there were many guests and the food was replenished quickly. It was a very good accommodation experience and I will choose to stay here again next time.

We rented the presidential pool suite room because of the private swimming pool The staff were friendly but lacks a few points on assisting us to our room. Sorroundings are very clean. The room was huge but some of the light controls are not functioning well so we ended sleeping with the light so bright. The AC is great it cools fast, the hot water is 24hrs accesible. Spacious closet with hanger, there is also a small fridge available. We just had a hard time using tge toilet because the door was transparent 😅😅😅. A convenience store across the street and grocery store on the other corner. My nephew and niece enjoys the whole stay here.
