After comparing several B&Bs, I finally chose the Log House. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming from entering the lobby to checking in. The service staff also enthusiastically introduced where to eat and enjoy, so as to avoid making mistakes. The B&B is very close to the ancient city, just a few minutes' walk away. The room is very clean, equipped with Elix mountain spring water and a projector. I have to say that the bedding is really comfortable. The breakfast is very good. There is also a free underground parking lot. I will choose to stay here next time!

I chose Arcadia for my Spring Festival trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Fruits were delivered every day. The breakfast was rich. The hotel also has hot springs. The back garden in the hotel is beautiful. There are small bridges and flowing water, as well as plank roads. I will choose Arcadia again next time I stay.

I stayed for the second time, and I will not live in this if I pass by. The facilities are outdated, the hotel front desk hangs a bunch of wonderful banners, and the hotel owner may want to enter. Various red activity bases and team building bases. The boss may not care about the reputation of individual customers, it is enough to hold the big tree. We people try to live here as little as possible and don't disturb the leaders. The front desk clerk didn't speak a word of respect. It feels like going to the hospital. The breakfast for 50 people is simply terrible, and the boiled eggs are limited to one, my God. The price of nearly 600 rooms can survive in the far suburbs of the eight-tier cities, and the boss is not simple!

The room was nice, but the service was not good. There was water spilled near the wash basin. I told the waiter to mop it. I went out to play for a long time, but when I came back, it was still the same, with no signs of anyone touching it. The breakfast was not good either. It was not tasty, and the variety was not good. Bringing children to eat breakfast also costs extra.

1. Hotel breakfast types and services (good or not): Obviously, their breakfast has exceeded the service standards of HIX. It is the kind of level that cannot be better. I personally think that it can be compared and rivaled with the products of the four Grey Select hotels in China (Xiamen/Guangzhou/Lushan/Altay, which is about to open). The most distinctive is the ”Old Taste of Liaocheng” area, the mutton soup and mutton offal are so authentic! I have stayed in this hotel four times, and this time is the fifth time. I believe I will stay here frequently in the future - after all, the best shortcut to capture the human heart is of course gourmet food.

1. Hotel environment: There is a free coffee machine in the lobby public area. What is commendable is that the front desk staff will regularly take the initiative to clean the coffee bean residue tray. Other smart hotels need guests to remind them before they remember. The hardware facilities and decoration of the gym are top-notch among domestic smart hotels, and even surpass many ”Holiday” brand franchise stores. The dopamine and basketball-style graffiti on the wall will better stimulate sports hormones. I like this tune so much. It feels like a street three-on-three bullfight is about to start!

When I checked in, they told me in detail how to connect to the wifi. By the way, their internet speed is super fast (some smart hotels use room number and name access, some use code access, some use both of the first two, and some use direct internet access. This one is similar to Qingdao West Coast Smart Hotel, which belongs to the second type); knowing that I was tired from traveling, the aunt from the housekeeping department specially brought a foot bath and Chinese medicine bags for foot bathing; knowing that I was in a hurry, they took the initiative to move my stored luggage to the car and put it neatly... To be honest, the service industry should have this kind of selfless and uncomplaining dedication to the cause, the group and the brand it belongs to. In this regard, the employees of Chiping Smart Hotel have done a great job.
