In the morning, when we went to the front desk to talk about cleaning, we saw that the room price at the front desk was dozens of yuan cheaper than what we booked on Ctrip. We consulted Ctrip about this matter and Ctrip refunded us the price difference. I don’t know if it is because of this reason that the B&B has not cleaned the room for us. Why do we keep asking for cleaning? Because the child went to the swimming pool and needed a bath towel to wrap it up. The bath towels from the first day were already available. How can such a wet service make people come back next time?
