Generally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help.
On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.
Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.

Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.

If you can, I am willing to give 7 points for 5 points. There are few perfect hotels. The sanitary environment is first-class. The boss's intentions can be seen everywhere. The breakfast is first-class, the variety is varied, and the fruit is very fresh. The hotel owner will send you to the bus stop. The bus stop is also next to the cable car station. You can go up the mountain and down the city center. Stay for two nights and send welcome card Free public transportation, stay for three nights for more benefits. 100% recommended, Innsbruck is too beautiful, definitely worth staying for more than three days. Looking forward to coming back next time, you can stay here

CChengweidongBecause the hotel is located on the pedestrian street, I accidentally drove my car 🚗into it and was chased by a police car 🚓 and fined 25 euros. The parking lot 🅿️ is located in the basement of the commercial center opposite the hotel. I asked twice before I found it. In addition to the mall, you can see the Anna Column. The hotel is diagonally opposite, so you need to observe carefully 👀 The breakfast is very good 👍 The room facilities meet the travel needs, the location is particularly good, there are attractions and shopping places around, there are various restaurants and bars on the street at night, and there are music lovers playing and singing in the afternoon 🎤, if you like, you can give them a coin or any fee you think is appropriate

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel before, a few years ago. The welcome by the friendly staff was very good and helpful. The facilities at the hotel that were on offer were very good and the evening meal and breakfast was very good especially the choice for the breakfast buffet.
The hotel was very convenient for the airport and only a 20 minute walk into Innsbruck and also a good bus service if preferred.

GGuest UserThe lobby is very high-end, but there is no air conditioning, so it's a bit cold at night. The door, decoration and quilt of the room seem to be more than ten years old. The door must be locked from the inside with a key, otherwise it will be pushed open from the outside. We were disturbed by other guests opening the door directly. If you only stay for a day, the location is convenient. But it is very cold in winter.

Facilities: The hotel is very mini, the store is small, the elevator is small, the room is small, but it is clean, the room does not have a hot pot, you need to ask the front desk, breakfast is ok, bread, ham, fruit, drinks and salmon.

GGuest UserThe hotel was well located outside the main part of Innsbruck which we liked as they had parking. It would have been great if parking was reserved for guests, but we managed. The bus was just around the corner & very easy to use. The breakfast was yummy & had lots of options. Dinner was also yummy. The service was very good. We would definitely stay here again as it was very neat & clean & just what we wanted.

BBudadaA very historic hotel. You can buy Innsbruck Card in the hotel. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and provided us with suggestions for a short day trip to Innsbruck.
The only drawback is that the room is small, there is no kettle, and the bathroom door is translucent, which is not private enough.

MMatthewHotel was great for a short sightseeing trip. It is located slightly out of the main city hub. If you're walking there, it is slightly uphill but nothing too drastic and accessible by bus. Really appreciated the breakfast each morning and they packed us a take away breakfast pack when we had to do an early checkout before breakfast was normally being served.
