Just steps from the dunes and the Gulf of Mexico beaches on a very family friendly section of Indian Rocks Beach. Private elevator and assigned covered parking make getting in and out a breeze. Heated private pool if you want to take a break from the sand. Condo is two bedrooms with two full baths and comes very well stocked for your stay. We have Spectrum cable television, free 200mb WiFi and all rooms have televisions. The master has a King-sized bed, full bath with shower and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, full bath with tub and a large closet. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Our well-appointed and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, appliances and the fridge has water in the door and an automatic ice maker. Large farmhouse style dining room table easily seats six with room to eat, work remotely or play board games. Eat in kitchen has three stools and a lot of counter space for cooking and storage. Master bathroom has a hair dryer and there is an iron and ironing board in the master closet. The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The unit has front loading washer and dryer and we can provide a pack and play if needed for little ones. There is a community gas and charcoal grill in the middle of the complex if you feel like cooking out. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool noodles and a variety of beach toys are provided. The the beach equipment is in a storage closet on the 1st floor, meaning you don’t have to drag them up or down any stairs. Dolphins are a regular in our backyard! The main level has an open concept living room/kitchen combo. The kitchen is fully equipped to make incredible meals at home! This level opens to a screened in porch that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee from while watching the sunrise! There is also a washer/dryer available to make laundry done with ease! The backyard contains a heated salt water pool with hot tub, lounge chairs and patio furniture, as well as a gas grill. You can drive the street legal 6 person golf cart around anywhere in Indian Rocks Beach! (You must be 18 with a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart.) To add to your fun, there are 3 clear kayaks and a clear paddleboard to utilize in the intracoastal for the ultimate sea life observation experience! All linens, beach towels, life jackets, puddle jumpers for the kids, and a baby float are included too! This home is located across a quiet street from the park! The living room couch is also large and comfy. The kitchen, living room, & dining room is an open concept with tons of windows letting in natural light. Large pool and patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a small apartment complex behind the house that we do allow to use the houses beach access but they hardly ever do.Guest accessParking on the beach is tight so there is only one parking spot available for use as the driveway is shared with the small apartment complex behind the house. There is however a public beach access at the end of the street with parking until 11pm or you can get a parking permit from city hall to park there overnight for up to 3 days. The house is very close to a bus stop to catch the trolley down to Clearwater or St. Pete beach and Ubers are always readily available. You will have complete access to the entire house, patio, pool, and beach access.Other things to notePlease know that parking is tight so only one parking spot is available and that very rarely one of the 4 tenants from the apartment complex behind the building may use the houses beach access.
