"The experience of staying at Qiandao Lake Sheraton completely refreshed my expectations for resort hotels! The room is very large, with a warm and modern layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. In the morning, I make a cup of coffee by the window and watch the mist on the lake, as if I were in an ink painting. Such a view is definitely worth the room price! Breakfast is definitely a surprise-from Chinese freshly made dim sum, black rice balls, to Western exquisite dessert tables, there are many choices to start the day in a good mood! I also want to praise the caring housekeeper Cora Pan. From the itinerary suggestions before check-in to the warm greetings every day, the service is meticulous and makes people feel warm like a friend! The high-speed rail station shuttle service provided by the hotel is also a super plus! It saves the trouble of dragging luggage around. The overall experience is impeccable. It is definitely a highlight memory of the trip to Qiandao Lake. I strongly recommend it to all relatives who pursue quality and service."

"The resort is in a very nice location, right by the lakes. We booked a lake view French window for three nights, but we were upgraded to a lake view balcony room. The room was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee with excellent view from our balcony. The included breakfast was very nice. With lots of choices. We booked a lake cruise tour with the hotel which is a great choice because the hotel has a private dock for the boat to pick us up. We would choose this resort again. "

"A 5* hotel for Chinese customers, not international guests. The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above. However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel: - no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant. - it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best. - Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice."

"A great stay with plenty to do around the area. The hotel itself has a fantastic indoor pool, billiards, and ping pong. With multiple restaurants and views there was plenty for us to do for the weekend!"

"It’s was our first time in the resort stay only one night but our stay was very pleasant tks to all the staff very helpful, we booked garden view but they help us upgrade to lake view and special tks to MAKSIM for his hospitality and help, The resort it’s every well located easy to find , The room very clean and comfortable, the restaurant have very good and testy food, the breakfast buffet was great. All the recreational area are spectacular. I will definitely back to the resort."

"During this trip to Qiandao Lake, I was absolutely amazed by the Qiandao Lake Blue Bay Greentown Resort Hotel where I stayed! We booked a lake view family room. The view outside the window is stunning. The vast Qiandao Lake is surrounded by green mountains. You can take in the entire scenery of the lake and mountains while lying on the bed. You can also enjoy the sunset over Qiandao Lake. The children were also very excited. The room was spotlessly clean and quality was evident in every detail. I would like to give special praise to the housekeeper Wu Guoying. From check-in to check-out, her service was warm and thoughtful. She provided meticulous care for the whole family and the experience was perfect! Moreover, the price is affordable and the cost-effectiveness is very high. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will choose this place again!"

"I traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined. First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above. On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard. Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation."

"We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!"

"The room is as clean and tidy as always, with complete facilities, electric curtains and screens, beautiful environment, and excellent service. The front desk reception, housekeeper service, and restaurant service are all very friendly. I really feel at home. Especially housekeeper Xiao Liu is really super nice. "Resort is right next to the Asian Games velodrome and village park for the guests. Location wise it’s about 20km away from the main attractions. Resort itself is new. Definitely kids centered that has enough entertainment for them inside and / or nearby the resort. Our favorite was a sports hall dedicated to basketball, badminton and table tennis. The resort staff were top quality, very polite and courteous. Special mention goes out to Nancy and Oubelle. Without them our stay wouldn’t have been so special."
