Suzhou Gusu District 5-star Hotels

I cannot recommend Pan Pac Suzhou enough. Firstly, the hotel looks like an attraction itself already. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Secondly, the staff are so hospitable and helpful - our Didi driver was being nasty and trying to scam us and the hotel manager immediately came out to help us mediate the situation, and gave us a upgrade - thank you! The stay was so plesant and the nicer hotel room really helped me feel better. I didn't manage to get the names of the staff as they changed shifts, but if you're looking for a place to stay in Suzhou, really really highly recommend staying here!

Worth the stay and service was really great. The fee paid for this hotel is really worth it. Upon reaching the hotel, you already have people ready to welcome you to the concierge. Checking in was a breeze. Hotel facilities and amenities was great. Room cleanliness was top notch, location was great and staff service was excellent. Would 10/10 choose this hotel again if I’m ever back in Suzhou. And this time, to just wind down and spend an entire day in the hotel.

I would call this hotel the best place in Suzhou! Staying in a hotel is about comfort and hospitality, and this hotel gives both 100%. Location. Extremely near to Shilu station, take exit 12, there is an elevator, as well. All major sightseeing spots are walking distance. Staff. Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app. Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel. Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff. Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.

Amazing hotel! Fans of Chinese traditional architecture, garden and ambience will simply love it! Big highlights : the interior pool with golden fishes, some tables paper and brush to do calligraphy, authentic old furnitures and art, and important: they have a free tai chi 太极 lesson on the morning! The only hotel I know providing this! The teacher is super nice and his moves are impressive! I recommend a try! (Just let the hotel know one day before)

Helpful and polite staff, rooms were very cute, hotel had a good tour on premise. Some rooms allowed smoking, we were given a smoking room for the first night(fully booked), they tried to treat the room to remove the smell as much as possible. They switched us to a non-smoking floor which made the stay a lot pleasant. Appreciated their effort to make customers feel welcome with great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Suzhou Gusuli. The hotel was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient—right across from a mall, making dining and shopping super easy. The service really stood out; the staff were so helpful, even lending us their local number to help us order *******. The only small thing missing was a full-length mirror in the room, but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again!

Suzhou Wugong Hotel is located in the older part of the city and near Panman scenic park. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Room and dining services are outstanding. The hotel has a large traditional Chinese garden landscape which provides both beauty and tranquility. Having a cup of coffee in the hotel cafe is very relaxing. The breakfast has lots of food to offer. The lady at the noodle bar makes one of the best noodles I've tasted in Suzhou, surely not to miss.

Strategic location as it is near the stadium where we could just walk there to enjoy our booked concert. We stayed in the high floor with superb view of the suzhou city. Will definately return to this hotel should we go Suzhou in future

It's been a while since I've sat down to write a short essay [face covering] I really want to share my experience staying at the Ritz-Carlton, Suzhou: The lobby is a bit cramped and lacks grandeur, but the interior is truly magnificent. I was kindly upgraded to a room, and while the view wasn't stunning, the layout was quite reasonable and comfortable. The manual opening and closing of the toilet lid was a minor complaint, though. What impressed me most was the high-end service. I felt genuine warmth and sincerity, not just pretense. 👍 I spent almost the entire day in the executive lounge, and was overwhelmed by the warmth of every staff member. I was so touched by the hand-painted greeting card and the carefully prepared birthday gift by William and Maria. 💗 So talented and thoughtful. 🌹 I have to say: I really admire Suzhou Lizi's HR. How can they recruit so many highly qualified employees? Of course, acquired training is important, but their innate intelligence, quick eyes, and high emotional intelligence are the key. 👍 I also want to praise the waiters in the bakery. The service of the girl in the breakfast room was also very comforting... Actually, Suzhou is very close to Shanghai, so I usually don't stay overnight in Suzhou if it's not necessary. But to experience the wonderful experience again, I will definitely come again.

This is a very unique hotel, staying here is more an experience rather than an accommodation. It's on a very busy pedestrian road, so you'll have to carry your luggage for some distance, the taxi can't drop you at the hotel. The rooms are very unique and the whole hotel is very unique to anything else you stay at. You'll love this unique experience, and the staff are very helpful. Experience it, it's worth it.
