房間大並還有陽台，既有淋浴還配浴缸🛁。酒店還有親子樂園，給喜歡泡澡的寶寶提供了完美的設施。環境優美，酒店後花園可以直接到陽澄湖邊的，帶上房卡刷卡就可以到湖邊了，還可以騎行，飯後散步。服務周到温馨，管家服務，會把細節做到位，告知所有客需問題，並提醒早餐地點及時間。

帶着老爸來個家庭旅行，隨機選擇了一個蘇州的酒店，緊靠陽澄湖，波光粼粼，景色宜人，入住體驗很棒前台登記非常熱情專業，後期跟進管家Linda也體貼細緻，從入住到退房一直關懷備至，非常感謝，期待再次入住！

設施新，很安靜，衞生，服務人員態度也很好。小朋友在樓下的小童樂園玩好直接回來浴缸泡澡，特別開心。早上起來還可以穿過酒店後花園去陽澄湖邊看湖景。度過了一個放鬆的週末，推薦。

賓館座落在陽澄湖半島上，環境特別美，後花園可直接到湖邊。所有硬件和房間設施都是五星的水平。這次是為了逛重元寺，買了這家的套餐，近乎平時價的對摺，性價比太高了。特別是主管Anna，瞭解到我們夫妻是長者，為我們安全着想，特地為我們升級了沒台階的房間。而且加了微信，不斷關照我們的吃喝住行，讓我們挺感動。本計劃住一夜，臨時續租調整為三天兩夜。看看半島上的美麗風景，逛逛重元寺，吃吃淺水灣的農家菜，喝喝賓館贈送的星巴克咖啡，享受享受賓館的高檔服務和優質的早餐，愉快地度過了這段陽光明媚的初春時光。謝謝賓館，謝謝安娜，我們還會來住老北門柏漾酒店的。

週末入住了蘇州老北門柏漾酒店，整體體驗可以用“驚喜”二字概括，非常適合想感受蘇州文化又不願人擠人的遊客。
設計風格：新舊交融的蘇式美學，設計上巧妙融合了江南園林的婉約與現代極簡的剋制。白牆黛瓦、鏤空花窗、庭院水景處處透露出蘇式韻味，大堂的旋轉樓梯和金屬線條裝飾又增添了幾分摩登感。房間內以原木色為主調，搭配智能家居系統，床品柔軟舒適，落地窗外的綠意讓人瞬間放鬆。
服務細節：貼心到骨子裡，前台接待專業熱情。
小小不足：早餐種類稍顯精簡，雖有意麪、蘇式湯麪等現做檔口，但品類不如連鎖五星豐富；部分房間面積緊湊，適合情侶或單人出行，家庭入住建議選擇套房。

陽澄湖酒店很多，老北門柏漾還是最愛。這次故地重遊管家還是Anna，好親切。給孩子們安排了喜歡的高樓層，主動延遲退房，幫忙安排餐飲，我們陽台掉落的衣服保安師傅還幫我們爬樹取下來了，服務真的太好了。酒店佈局合理，停車，游泳，小童樂園，用餐，超市，房間，全部都集中在一起，帶娃真的很友好。餐飲性價比很高，床也舒服，娃都不願意走了。下次一定還會來的。

去年入住體驗很好，今年第二次入住。本來定的是帶個榻榻米但是沒有陽台的房間，到了之後説給升級了帶小陽台的房間。 陽台視野很不錯。
酒店房間裝修精緻，整體環境清雅，設施齊全，酒店的服務人員素質高，熱情待客，房管安安小姐非常專業體貼。
酒店邊上就是陽澄湖，可以騎車，釣魚。 另外值得一提，酒店並不算貴，現在活動一晚五百，性價比極高，是上海過來休閑過一個週末的好去處。
