花園式酒店，性價比高，服務人員熱情到位。房間的窗户外就是太湖的湖景，且空氣很清晰。早餐品種很豐富，環境也很好。出門旁邊就是啟園，裏面的景色很優雅。

和家人一起在蘇州東山賓館浴霞樓住了二晚，真得是一次完美的體驗。照片是房間窗外的風景，大堂前面就是美麗的太湖。賓館環境優美幽靜，客房大氣，早晚兩次客房服務讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。下次我肯定還會來住東山賓館。

東山賓館是我多年來到蘇州首選入住的酒店，每次入住都有回家的温暖的感覺，特別是吳海燕經理對賓客親切熱情和細緻周到的接待和服務給我留下的極好的印象，給她點個大大的贊吧。賓館的早餐和午餐晚餐的菜餚膾炙入口，那個清蒸白魚味道太美了。賓館的環境風景猶如一幅山水畫，美不勝收。

早飯非常好，品種也多，房間帶陽台的，可以看到太湖，環境乾淨整潔，有小童拖鞋牙刷，送了歡迎水果。附近就是東山景區，出去遊玩很方便，到底是東山的國賓館，以後還會選擇這家。

酒店地理位置不錯，訂的#2湖景區的房間，室外環境綠化很好，面臨太湖，
服務還是有待改進，特別是餐廳，沒有領位安排，國慶客人一多就是亂哄哄的。
游泳池水比較冷，從下午1點開放至9點，國有企業作風明顯，上午住店客人就不能游泳了。

衞生：非常乾淨
環境：酒店靠近太湖邊非常好
美中不足提2個改進建議：淋浴房裡面門把手沒有，在裏面開門非常不方便。淋浴安裝位置太高了，1.71米個子都拿取非常不便。
