Great experience during stay. Staff is helpful and the housekeeper is very polite as well. We got free room upgrade on arrival. Room is cozy and comfortable.

Overall a very good experience. Hotel is very close to subway station. We received a free upgrade. There are supermarkets and Japanese and Chinese restaurants nearby too.

Got free upgrade and love the room with huge window. Super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and there is guest laundry room. Room service/ attendant at level 8 is excellent. Front desk ladies are friendly too.

We got upgrade to family room. Room is very clean and comfortable. Everything is new. Very spacious room.

One of the best hotel in Suzhou. It was so clean and looks like new hotel having many facilities!!! 4 stars hotel but having services like 5 stars hotel Value for money! Hotel location is just next to "Yingchun Lu" metro station very convinient for us to go everywhere while we are in Suzhou

Our first time in Suzhou and this hotel was on the top of recommended hotel in trip.com so I just booked this hotel. First impression was good, big room and clean. However, the location is strangely located far from all tourist spots. There are not many options for restaurants around the hotel, not room service so you only can order food online if you're hungry.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

The receptionists, staff and restaurant waiters were all friendly. I was upgraded, and they assisted me in placing online orders using Maituan and getting Didi to go around the city. They gave me souveniers and had some for other guests and their kids. A pleasant stay indeed!
