在小紅書看到推薦訂了這家，入住體驗太驚喜了，小紅書誠不騙我。人少，環境好，房間窗外就是湖。非常適合週末來躺平，旁邊就是陽澄湖，酒店很大，設施配套齊全。和朋友入住後哪都不想去了，在酒店呆著都很享受。早餐也很豐富。服務方面，李雷小哥哥的服務，非常周到非常nice，必須五星好評！

酒店環境，服務都很好，前台李蒙小姐姐很熱心，還有小朋友遊樂園，小朋友正好生日，酒店還特意送了份精質小蛋糕，小朋友很喜歡，很適合家庭親子遊玩，下次還會來。

真的太差啦
套餐中送的比斯特100元券根本沒有，到酒店前天給了一張卡片，掃碼根本沒有那個券，打電話給酒店，酒店一無所知
早飯也不好吃
酒店大堂到客服太遠
房間裏有很大的味道，類似裝修的味道
整個房間感覺是什麼改造出來的，格局佈置都特別奇怪，699這個價格真的有點坑

酒店很新，環境也非常好，位置雖然有點偏，但吃喝玩樂不用愁，外賣也應有盡有，離比斯特很近，唯一不足的是，地方太大，工作人員有點少，康體中心工作台台沒有人，樓上的飯店也不好找，吃飯最好提前問下，不然可能吃不到，淡季備的菜有限，廚師也有限。還有就是泳池要是能在康體中心就好了

The newly opened hotel has a very good environment. I was even amazed when I opened the door. The room has an unbeatable lake view and a floor-to-ceiling glass balcony. The breakfast room is well decorated and has a rich variety of dishes. The service is excellent. From the front desk supervisor Li Meng to all the waiters, including the waiters in the restaurant, they all gave us a very good experience on this trip!
