Family had an excellent stay at the hotel. Services provided is really good. And the staff at the reception is really welcoming and helpful. Kudos to Wang xiao jue who is really helpful with all my queries. Definitely recommend to all future tourist who is looking at travelling to shantang street 🙂

I would call this hotel the best place in Suzhou! Staying in a hotel is about comfort and hospitality, and this hotel gives both 100%. Location. Extremely near to Shilu station, take exit 12, there is an elevator, as well. All major sightseeing spots are walking distance. Staff. Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app. Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel. Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff. Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.

Enjoy our 2 nights stay at Pingjiangfu. Will definitely come back again if we revisit Suzhou. Pingjiangfu location is superb. Only 100m or 5 min walk to the entrance of Pingjiang Road. Walking distance around 15-20 min to Lion Grove Garden (Shizilin), Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. Trip.com Stay Voucher for Pingjiangfu is worth every penny.

This hotel is very suitable for those who come to Suzhou for fun. It is located on Pingjiang Road. It is very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden, the museum, the Lion Grove, Pingjiang Road Feng and other scenic spots. There is also a special car to go to the canal to take a boat tour of the canal at night... This time I booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very suitable for family travel. If you are worried about children or the elderly staying in a single room, it is simply a dream room. Although it is in the scenic area, it is very quiet at night. The hotel breakfast is very delicious and worth a try. The staff is very considerate. There are also snacks and hot drinks in the evening. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights after discovering this exquisite and tasteful boutique hotel centrally located in the Old part of Suzhou, conveniently located near the Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden. In compliance with local regulations, the architecture of the expansive grounds blends in aesthetically with the entire area while retaining a distinctive modern taste. The private 2-storey arrangement ensures tranquility and privacy. The facilities are excellent with a wonderful gym and pool which we enjoyed. Above all, the service leaves nothing to hope more for and the staff even went out of their way to pay from my taxi when I was learning how to use the WeChat pay system. Our stay could only be improved upon had we been able to stay for another 2 nights! We had considered the other international brand hotels but glad we decided on the Kimpton Bamboo Grove because of its personal service and location that make you feel secure and well looked after (they constantly followed up with WeChat messages to inquire whether we needed anything or had any language or other problems while sightseeing). Rooms are well-planned, spacious and spotless. Enough reasons for us to plan on revisiting the Kimpton in the near future and recommend highly to our friends.

Room was in poor condition, the rug was spilled and dirty, bedsheets had stains. The bathroom has no ventilation to let the floor dry. The bathtub was black from scratches and stains. In 4 star hotels in other cities there are better kept rooms for half the price. Staff only speaks Chinese.

Our stay at Suzhou Marriott Hotel was pleasant. The room was huge, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The aircon was cold enough, really efficient, especially during summer. The only downside is the fridge and the safe were both not working. We stayed in room 3203, and the housekeeping lady on our floor was kind and friendly. Would love to return again one day.

This is a very beautifull hotel both inside and out placed in a really good location only 5 minutes walk from the Metro. Backing on to the Panmen Scenic Area where our room included a free admission voucher, the scenic area is as equally stunning as the hotel itself. We were happy with the breakfast options although not outstanding there was enough selection to fill our stomachs for the morning adventure. The choice of restaurants in the area is quite small however the options are really very nice. On one of our quiet days we went for a long walk outside to the north west of the hotel and the area is extremely peacefull and clean that we found ourselves just enjoying the surroundings and being able to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel if you do not want to be in a high traffic area.

The hotel is located in the core area of ​​Pingjiang Road. It is right in the downtown area. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden. The hotel is renovated from an old house, retaining the style of Suzhou gardens. The environment is quiet and it is separated from the downtown by a wall. There is a row of areas for making tea around the stove along the river in the hotel. It is very pleasant to blow the breeze in the warm spring afternoon. This time, the child's birthday, the hotel provided a parent-child room, and also sent a very cute cake, and equipped with birthday props, which is really considerate. The room is spacious, equipped with a bathtub and smart toilet, and the cloakroom and dressing table are large enough. Fruits, drinks, snacks, good night sweet soup, and Chinese and Western breakfast are all included. If you drive, park in the parking lot opposite, and stay in the hotel for free. WeChat butler service all day, special thanks to the front desk lady surnamed Xu, the service is very good, thoughtful and attentive. I will stay here next time I go to Suzhou.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable. All but happy with the hotel. Just we encounter some incident with the staff who get annoy that some of us, some language barrier, one speaks english, one speaks mandarin.
