離車站不算太遠，房間有點舊，冬天打開空調有股灰塵的味道，不開又太冷。不過床品衞生還是很好的，服務也不錯。

好的方面：
酒店就在片倉館旁邊，離上諏訪站比較近步行大概10分鐘，離諏訪湖8分鐘，有一個全家便利店3分鐘距離。酒店掛的route inn連鎖品牌，三星級標準基本該有的都有，衞生和常用設施也是中規中矩，因為是小地方還是淡季，所以很安靜。特點是還自帶免費的温泉大浴場，房間訂的較晚費用350自帶自助早餐也還可以吧
不足的方面
感覺酒店運營時間較久，有些陳舊。因為是小鎮子，酒店附近沒有餐館，需要到火車站前吃飯

열쇠로 여는 방식이지만 아날로그한 느낌이라 좋았고 객실도 청결하고 대욕장도 다 너무 좋았어요 조식 종류도 적당했고 맛있었어요! 직원분들도 다 친절하셨어요 스와오면 꼭 또 머물고 싶어요!!

変更不可のプランでの予約でしたが急遽3泊の予定から1泊に変更していただけました。フロントの対応が素晴らしかったです。お風呂も広いし朝食も美味しくいただけました。また利用したいと思います。

位置方便近車站， 有免費泊車位但先到先得， 週邊食肆ok多選擇， 溫泉水夠熱舒服， 包早餐性價比高， 週邊購物選擇 也可以。
