We stayed here as a family of three (mother and two daughters).
We were greeted politely when we arrived at the parking lot by car.
The food was also very delicious. The portions were just right for the women, but perhaps not enough for the men.
The room and bedding were clean, and all the staff were kind, so we didn't have any unpleasant experiences or inconveniences during our stay.
It was an inn that I would like to stay at again when I visit Suwa.

This is the most comfortable and fragrant night of self-driving sleep on the 7th in Japan. The pillows are suitable for the height, the quilt is comfortable, and the meal is very delicate. My mother likes it very much.

The beautiful Japanese room, and the indoor gift of grape jelly, a local specialty of Nagano Prefecture, went to the souvenir shop on the first floor to buy it immediately after tasting it. The tatami experience is very good, the lake view is beautiful, and it makes people feel peaceful.
The hot spring is also very comfortable, and I want to visit again.

I'm not a smoker so I requested a non-smoking room, but there were none available so I ended up in a smoking room. As expected, the smell permeated the room.
It was disappointing that there wasn't a single bottle of water in the fridge and the air purifier was rattling noisily, probably because it was broken.
Everyone at the front desk was cheerful and polite!

The location was easy to find, right at the intersection after getting off the interchange.
There was no place to shop nearby, so it would have been nice to have a convenience store and a simple map inside the store.

I used it on a business trip.
Located near Suwa interchange on Chuo Road.
The room is clean and the size is perfect.
There is also a loft bed.
The windows of the rooms can be opened a little and ventilated.

The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The yukatas in the rooms are also nice. Japanese-style rooms on high floors should be more comfortable.
The large bath is on the third floor. There is an open-air hot spring. After soaking, you can drink the local specialty fruit forest liquid.
Breakfast is in the form of a set meal plus a small amount of buffet. The variety is very rich, very Japanese
During this stay, it was found that the residents were mainly Japanese elderly people, and no foreign tourists were seen at all.

Nice old hotel with windows facing Lake Suwa. The photo is the view looking out. It is about ten minutes' walk from Shangsuwa Station, which is acceptable to children. There is an eel rice nearby that is very delicious. It's a few intersections to the south.

I had trouble returning home due to the heavy rain from the typhoon, so I decided to stay at this hotel on short notice. I made a reservation online and checked in 15 minutes later. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the parking lot attendant was very kind to me. I'd like to come again.

GGuest UserA great hot spring hotel with excellent service. There is a Chinese-speaking waiter at the front desk. The details in the hotel room are very good. It costs about 2,000 yen to take a taxi to Tateishi Park. The scenery is beautiful. The breakfast and dinner included in the package are superb. Great, very authentic and exquisite. I will stay there again next time. It’s a great hotel experience. The transportation is also very convenient. When you get off the station, walk straight ahead on the left and then turn left. Follow the navigation and walk a few hundred meters. It’s highly recommended. 💯

金金It is about 10 minutes walk from JR Kamisuwa Station. The hotel has a long history, but it is well renovated.
The hotel is quite close to the lake just a few steps.
I live in an old building, so I can see some lake views. The height of the new building should be better.
Breakfast and dinner are all buffet style, not too many but taste good.
There are two top floors (open-air) and ground floor (closed), both of which are relatively small.
There are also some free entertainment facilities. The Japanese grandpa and grandma played very well. We had to sing KTV.
Hot springs with a price of more than one thousand are not too expensive. Haha, not bad. Many Japanese grandpas and grandmothers stayed there.

OOOOusamaAlthough it is not luxurious, I still feel very comfortable during this trip. After a full day of hiking in Nagano, I stayed in this hotel and took a free outdoor hot spring bath with lake view. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very rich. The beautiful view of Lake Suwa is outside the window, which is great!

GGuest UserThe building itself is old, so there are some problems with the facilities, but the staff are friendly and the location of the building is great. I go out on my bicycle from the hotel and spend time with my family around Lake Suwa. The breakfast was also very clean and satisfying.
