Excellent service best room in the house! Really enjoyed the bath and bed so comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant was truly amazing and breakfast in the morning. Thank you for having us to stay.

We were in the area and stayed one night on our way through. The room was lovely, clean and had some nice little touches. It was one of the hotest days of the summer, however, two fans were provided and we were able to get a breeze through the window (which we could open a bit) it was noisy as a result, but unlike some places i have stayed at least some ear plugs were provided so on the whole i slept okay. We ate dinner in the restaurant, it was a bit pricey for what you actually got but the food was nice. breakfast was great though i liked the selection and the service was quick and efficient.

Avoid - parking.. was full. The room.. was boiling - because due to their insurance policy you can't open the bloody windows to get fresh air.. I've slept through tornadoes and heat waves. -couldnt sleep in this place. No cash accepted and 'computer says no' for general enquiries. Written for the next weary traveller who might want some rest - it wont be here

This hotel apparently has gone through a recent refurb. The rooms look nice but there is no aircon. In this period of hot weather the rooms are far too hot to sleep in and the windows cannot be opened to allow any air flow. The slightly open windows facing the courtyard also meant that the noise from the bar garden and early morning rubbish collections curtailed any sleep that was had. The portable fan provided was inadequate and very noisy. The shower was nice but hot water intermittent and the shower tray was designed to require frequent drain clearing which clearly hadn’t been done so the water overflowed and flooded the bathroom. (To be fair they did clean it when pointed out). The coffee machine didn’t work. Car parking was very limited and not helped by rubbish (pallets and cones) blocking multiple parking spaces. Breakfast however was good and prompt.

Evie who served us was lovely, friendly and such a breath of fresh air. We love coming here to be served by such polite and helpful staff. The atmosphere was ideal with nice music and ambient lighting. Will be returning again as we always enjoy our time here

Very good room. Well designed and well appointed. Nice small touches made it an extra special experience. Food very tasty and an interesting menu. Good range of drinks at prices competitive for the area.. Staff pleasant and willing but manager doing everything but manage. Little more guidance needed to avoid customers waiting.
