Surfside Hotels with Wi-Fi

I have stayed from march 4th to march 13th I booked through the Marriott bonvoy website and download the app, ay the end of my stay they sent me an email with my bill but they charged about 300 dollars extra than the bill said. The bill sent by email also matched with the bill in the Marriott bonvoy app, yesterday I wrote by the Marriott bonvoy app chat asking why the difference and when it will be extorned and they told me it was because the taxes, which is not correct because the bill (email and app) had all the details including taxes, fees, Parking, etc! so I insisted chatting and nobody answered, now I realize that the trip I just made for 9 nights is missing in my app and my account in marriot bonvoy has been cancelled so I cannot chat with anybody no more or registered!

The room is large and the bed is comfortable and suitable for family vacations, but the supporting items in the room are lacking. The location of the hotel is good, and many shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby. The beach is better, the swimming pool is small, and there is a comfortable hot pool.

We loved this hotel. Its small, and most of the amenities you might feel are missing are available across the street at their other hotel, but this was exactly what we needed. we had a suite, which has 2 bathrooms/ showers and a lovely sitting area. the rooms were clean, and fresh. We had access to the beach across the street, the pool was quiet and clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and able to answer our questions about the area. We're already looking to book our next stay!
