"Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza was okay. The location is very convenient, which made getting around easy. However, I was a little disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced during my stay, even though I had placed the door sign requesting it. Apart from that, everything else was fine."

"A brand new hotel with spacious, very clean rooms and excellent facilities. It boasts a fantastic location, right near Surfer's Paradise, and there's a train station nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was that parking required a two-minute walk, as it wasn't directly in the hotel's underground garage. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Gold Coast."

"Perfect, with a great location and excellent value for money. The only minor downside was that the beach had been somewhat damaged by last year's typhoon. It's a good reminder for us to treat nature more kindly."

"Hotel centrally located at Surfer Paradise,very convenient. Hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic. Laundry facilities at the apartment was excellent. Hotel staffs at reception was helpful."

"It is not the first row with sea view. Although it is a sea view room, it can only be seen from several high-rise buildings and hundreds of meters away. However, the front door is facing the tram station, which makes it very convenient to enter and exit."

"Pros * Location (Central to every where) * Great view (Riverview from 8th floor was excellent) Cons * Run-down room (room seems old and not maintained well. Even had a cockroach) * Interrupted sleeps (windows are thin and not blocking street noise. Kept on waking up to police and fire brigade sirens)"

"We stayed in the hotel for three days（7/7-7/10）. On the first day, no one came to clean the room. We thought we needed to notify the service counter to arrange cleaning. On the second day, we used the ”cleaning notification” button on the phone in the morning, but no one came to clean the next day. On the third day, we reported it to the service counter in the morning, and they said they would arrange for a cleaning staff. As a result, when we returned to the room on the third night, we found that it was still not cleaned (this was the first time we were deceived). So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use. The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end. We were deceived again."

"The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities, cooking utensils and tableware, and even plastic wrap and baking paper. Free parking is provided and you can directly reach the beach, which is very suitable for personal travel. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the core scenic area, and less than 5 minutes to the train station, which is very convenient."
