We really liked this hotel. Very nice kitchen, living room. Wonderful location. Not good is that there are no air conditioners in the bedrooms.

Mold in ensuite & shower heads in both bathrooms didn't work properly. Bedroom light didn't work. Fridge door didn't close properly. Bedroom door falling apart. Not impressed with the customer service. On a positive the views from the balcony were great and the pool was nice. Would've liked it if the pool table was free and not a pay per game.

We had a great weekend in the superior apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. The indoor pool and spa was the highlight. The pool is at a beautiful 37 degrees, and spa was 40. There is also seperate saunas for men and women. Location is great with just a street away from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the tram station. Deb & Frank at reception were so lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The beds were horrible, very uncomfortable and about 20 years old. The rooms need new beds in the apartments as this is the second visit with really bad beds. A few of us had really sore backs for days after visiting. The room was cleaned of a terrible standard. In one of the cupboards was a discussing dirty hair net with all the unfolded blankets pushed into the cupboard. Sand in the sheets of the clean made bed. Thick dust on tv unit, bin top was filthy. I had to go around and wipe ever surface. Absolutely not good enough. Lots of negative but the facilities are great and beautiful view. We will visit again but the owners of the units really need to spend some money on new beds and kitchen utensils etc so outdated.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Pools and Spa were great and we used the BBQ area. A couple of blocks from the tram. Bus Stop is close by. Just back from the beach. The only negative is our room only Fans in the Bedrooms and During the hot months, the Airconditioning Does not reach.

21st floor was fantastic just a pity there was 27 klm wind and up that high sounded like you are in a jet aircraft difficult to sleep other wise perfect
