It was our second time staying there and we were not disappointed.My bed was super comfortable and the view is amazing.We had apartment 13 on the 4 th floor and it had everything you wanted.The couch was very comfortable and Amber is awesome.Nothing is a bother to her .Will definitely be back .

Wow! Second time staying here and it was great again! This time we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (room 18) which was beautifully renovated. Everything was provided, with a personal touch to make us feel welcomed. The kitchen had modern appliances, there was air conditioning in each room and the view is to die for! What we love about this place is that even though it was at full capacity, you rarely saw other guests - the rooftop spa and pool was never full and the rooftop BBQ areas always available. Conveniently located, it’s about 15 min walk to either Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Amber was fantastic and accomodating (as always!) . Highly recommend this place as your next family holiday. We will definitely be back!

The most AMAZING apartment & views, very clean & the best well made bed I have ever slept in credit to the cleaners & well maintained grounds by the Groundman, very friendly helpful service from Amber. Shopping & Restaurants close by, I cannot recommend Viscount On The Beach enough, I will be definitely be staying there again.

We were a large group of 14 in the Gold Coast for a Golf Trip. The rooms were all great, the location perfect, you can wander into Surfers or Broadbeach in around 15 or you can use the light rail for those who think that's a bit far. You are "on the beach" and the views from the balconies are spectacular. Nice pool downstairs and a great BBQ and Spa area on the rooftop for relaxing after Golf. Local Cafe for breakfast, Bowls Club and BWS all within 5 minutes walk. We have already rebooked for next year. Special shout out to Amber who was a great help in getting everything organised and letting us know about all the local surrounds.

What a great great place to stay so clean and spacious for my family.Beautiful veiw right on the beach balcony in every room staff are so kind the pool and roof top spa and BBQ was perfect I highly recommend this beautiful hotel will definitely be back with my family

Friendliest staff providing great accommodation on the Gold Coast! My daughter & 5 of her friends flew to AUS from Singapore on their first solo trip to Australia. Amber & her staff could not have been more accommodating. So helpful from our initial enquiries all the way through to checkout. Accommodation is exactly as described. Location was perfect. The location cannot be better. Beach front, quiet street (by GC standards), immediate access to patrolled beaches and surfing. Tram/light rail access is a five minute walk away bringing all of the coast into quick reach. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and a pleasure to speak with.
