Top location, convenient to go anywhere! My room faces west and mainly has a view of the lake, which is beautiful! The sea view can also be seen from the balcony. Without the intrusion of the crazy sea breeze, you can play and enjoy leisurely on the balcony! Although the room equipment is relatively old, it is very clean; the supplies provided are relatively small, but they are sufficient.
What I must complain about is that the resort has sea views and is surrounded by bars. Young people go crazy and party downstairs in the middle of the night, especially on weekends. They basically scream all night... I used earplugs and it was difficult to fall asleep. The sound insulation effect of the hotel windows is very poor.

Amazing stay
Amazingly staff. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom and it was extremely comfortable. A few minor repairs needed, but only minor and advised it was getting done the following week. Only issue I found was the roller blinds let in too much light in the mornings (maybe curtains over the top).

The resort is at the much quieter end of Cavill Avenue. Easy walking distance to Woolworths and multiple cafes/restaurants. We got a very god deal on a budget room. Level 5. Will come again but next time will book a superior room on a higher floor. Kate, the manager is wonderful. Very helpful.

Great place to stay. Right near Cavil Avenue. Comfy bed. Nice clean kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Only complaint was. Went to us sandwitch toaster, saucepans, frypan, plates and bowls. Some were greasy and dirty . Reported to front desk. Said they would send a cleaner up. Found more dirty things in the cupboards. Lucky we like to rewash these things before we use. With our own dishwashing liquid and cloths. Dishwasher smelt bad. Did not use. Overall a great stay though. Thankyou

Generously sized apartments, older building with parking, located in the heart of Surfers. Lots of dining and grocery options in walking proximity. Was lucky to recieve an upgrade to a renovated apartment. It’s noisy being in the hub of nightlife so ask for room as high up as available. Have a great stay. We’ll be back.
