Great facilities for kids and spacious rooms. Run down though - we had no hot water when we first arrived, and didn’t have any for 24hours. Wifi didn’t work, toilet was broken. Staff however were accommodating in trying to remediate these issues.

The apartment we received was not cleaned properly. The shower head in shower was not in good condition, very lose just feel like about to break. Plus water was not coming out from it too. Carpet was not vacuumed property. Not enough applices in kitchen. Kitchen stove was very dirty. Had parki g issues as well. The parking sport we received was very hard to park the car. Will not recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 10 days as a family of 5. Fabulous sized rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location close to Cavill Ave and tram. This is our third stay here and we WILL be back!! Great selection of swimming pools and spas. Fantastic on-site cafe

We stayed for celebrating a friend's 50th birthday and we enjoyed the experience. The staff organised a birthday card and chocolate for the birthday person. We recommend the accommodation for families and groups. The 2 bedroom ocean view suite was quite spacious and tidy.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location but very poor cleaning inside Room,bad odour and insects in kitchen. I won't recommend if you are staying with the kids.cigg Budds in balcony , Smell from carpet. Noice from the toilet flush, airconditioning knob was broken

Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment suitable for family, also functional with sofa bed for additional bedding arrangement. Mattress quality can be improved. Overall, very good experience. Will come back again, booking price is reasonable with accor memebership

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and had the basic amenities. However, it was let down by a few things that overall made it a less than stellar experience. The shower was not clean and needed a good scrub between glass panes and frame fixings, showing signs of mould and gunk. There were stains on the carpet and one of the curtains was torn. The noise from the street echoed up the building even though we were on the 10th floor. Most nights it wasn't an issue, but weekends got particularly noisy, and the lack of double glazing meant it woke up the light sleepers. The indoor pool looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time and grout was falling out. The outdoor spa was not functioning correctly. I notified staff but it was not remediated during my stay (4 days later). I have stayed here once before about 15 years ago and I remember it being nice. I feel they have dropped the ball on the upkeep here and its a shame. All the above points are minor on their own but as there was so many it made for an unpleasant experience, and I can't recommend staying here. There are new buildings popping up everywhere in the area and they need to lift their game if they don't want to drive away all their clientele.

My stay was for 13 days in room 1103 and then got shifted, for 10 days, to 1703. Not a smooth or pleasant experience for a Platinum member. Upon arrival was given room facing a massive construction site. I asked if it was possible to change it but was denied with an inaccurate claim that hotel was full. In room 1103 windows were not wind tight, so had to turn on AC for the night. It did not warm the living area and hardly warmed the main bedroom, despite being on max temp. Upon extending my stay, I was told that I have to move to another room as 1103 had been booked. This is the first time ever that I've heard that a specific room had been booked. So, was transferred to 1703. The apartment had AC only in the living room. In main bedroom, balcony doors opened, which was good for cooling the room off but in the second bedroom, windows were sealed, so it got pretty hot during the day. I can't imagine how anyone can stay there during the summer when it gets hot even in winter.
