The environment here is really good, facing the sea and watching the sunrise is ok
The service is not ideal: Generally, you can’t see the front desk staff. When you arrive at the scheduled check-in time, and within the working hours, you have to wait for half an hour. Unable to access the property for over 3 hours, had to beg the management multiple times over the phone to come and help with accessing the property.
Unable to access Spa and Sauna, management unresponsive
Most things were not working in the apartment
Window left open in bathroom resulted in excessive amounts of bugs. Had to clean it before getting into the property.

Great spot - 2 BRoom apartment
Great location / good standard of property with plenty of facilities / close to beach and restaurants ....
nice views.
Great pools and BBQs, lots of cooking/living implements etc in room.
Pleasant and friendly reception, but had short hours, although there was an alternate contact.

Enjoyable stay.
The view from the balcony was amazing, lifts well maintained, staff helpful, nice location, close to shops and light rail trams, rooms clean but a little tired. Indoor pool good, outdoor pools under renovation.

Need some deep clean with tlc. Good location
My family got beaten by bedbugs on all beds and toilet water in both bathrooms were dripping all day long. Need a bit of deep clean and tlc. Location and view were great though.
