Minor problem: Whine in AC unit
Major problem: No hot water for shower. There was hot water at hand basin. At checkout, the receptionist was indifferent! Why?

The room was spacious, but needed more detailed cleaning, ie. glass windows, couch. The air con dripped water, and had mould on the air fins. No dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. The single beds sagged in the middle. The air con seemed undersized for the space. Some kitchen cupboard doors were hard to open, one wouldn't close at all.
But otherwise, the location was good and the unit safe and secure, the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, the views were nice. Pity that the fire alarms went off twice after hours with two firetrucks having to attend to reset the alarms, quite disruptive.

The location is really good
I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but they allowed late check-in
The facilities were better than I expected and the pool view was pretty

we were put in a room with damage, mould and a dodgy fan that would neither turn on or off it just constantly turned at a slow pace, there were really long dark hairs in the bathroom and bed the dvd player was there but no connection cord or batteries and it only provided cheap powder coffee. I know this is budget accommodation but it wouldn't take much at all to Improve the room we had
