This hotel has nothing to offer except for its location with a sea view. There is no service and no cleaning. I stayed for 6 days and only made the bed on one day. I put all the garbage in the bag but they didn't throw it away. When I checked out, they still charged me a cleaning fee of 100 Australian dollars.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter who was studying abroad in Gold Coast. We chose this hotel because my daughter recommended it for its location, and it was very close to the beach and the tram station. There is also a washer and dryer in the room, so it is recommended for consecutive nights.

The side sea view is a bit regrettable, but the location of the hotel is really great. Go downstairs and cross the road to the beach. In the morning, you can see the sea view by lying on the bed and opening the curtains! The apartment is fully equipped with washing and drying, and kitchen utensils are also available. It is quite suitable for staying for a few more days. The apartment is very clean and comfortable to live in. However, the parking space is limited. You need to arrive at the store as soon as possible and exchange the underground parking space with the front desk to get the garage door card. The parking fee is okay. Next time, you must book a room with a 180-degree sea view to stay for a few more days. It is still very exciting to be able to watch the sunrise in the house!

If you're booking two rooms, this is a good option. If you're booking a single room, don't book it. You'll pay top dollar for the worst service (since the single room has no view). Cleanliness: The toilet seat was stained with the previous guest's yellow urine. Cleanliness is provided every four days. Environment: The guests are generally very poorly behaved, and the slamming of doors can be heard throughout the hallway. Checking out happened to be at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning, but I left at 9:50 a.m. and waited 25 minutes for the elevator to finally get in. If you're in a hurry, you can just jump off the building. Service: The parking is a real problem. With over 60 guest rooms, there are only a dozen or so spaces in the basement parking lot. Everyone else has to walk to another parking lot. No matter how late you get back or how exhausted you are from a day out, lugging several large suitcases, you still have to walk back to the hotel from that shabby parking lot in the dark. It takes about four minutes. Oh, and parking isn't free; it's $20 a night.
