The hotel is in a good location, a few hundred meters from the beach, and has convenient transportation with a tram at the door. The room is large and the view is good. Booked this hotel for the gold coast marathon. So close to good restaurants and cafes; parking was easy; service was great! Even though the room is noticeably old and worn, it's spacious and good enough for a couple days stay. Wifi was weak though and bed was extremely soft (in a might wake up with a bad neck and back if you're old kind of way).
