泳池本身和misono鐵板燒餐廳好評！尤其misono餐廳一定要去吃，氣氛太好了！
服務的話大堂前台不錯，早餐自助餐廳和泳池邊就完全不好和東南亞的親子度假酒店比，説不出大缺點，但因為省人工，有些流程對客户很不方便，比如餐廳我要點煎蛋要先去餐廳前台點，就連四鑽的voco都是可以直接和廚師説的，結果做好了還幫我送錯到了隔壁桌…泳池邊沒人主動問你要房號發浴巾，到處問！才知道毛巾都放在一個大鐵盒裡要刷房卡才能開門拿！不問很難發現！房間中規中矩吧，衞生間很大！我訂了海景，但海景遠感覺沒必要，泄湖景性價比更好，然後很煩房間電動門可能哪裡壞了晚上很吵！還不如普通的門！
總結：雖然它沒那麼出色，但是就黃金海岸親子度假酒店來説似乎也沒有別得更好的選擇，宅酒店純度假住2晚夠了，如果走行程還是選voco之類的性價比更高位置也更好！

整體不錯，有熱水壺，打水和打冰塊的設施。位置還行，距離沖浪者天堂有個七八百米的樣子。床和電視都不錯。

樓下的沙灘和泳池適合小朋友玩，自助早餐也還可以。
房間洗手枱和床頭櫃上有很多棕色的螞蟻爬來爬去，反應了以後説第二天會讓經理來跟我聯繫，但是一直到我去退房也沒人主動聯繫我，我重新提了經理才出來給我免了一些用餐的費用。
有一個晚上凌晨一兩點樓下施工特別吵，孩子也沒睡好，早上隔壁房間又開始修理東西敲敲打打把孩子吵醒了，哭了很久才安撫好。
中間有一天肩頸很疼想請他們幫我熱一下我自己帶的熱敷枕，他們説要收我$50。。。多少有點搶錢的意思了。

不喜歡這個位置，出去對着大馬路；毫無度假感，下面的人造景觀看着也很普通、走到馬路要一段距離，很不方便真後悔選了這家酒店；住客非常多、碰到週末要取號等吃早飯；早餐種類還可以；在澳洲這幾天相對是多的、整個房間很大，雙人房也很寬敞；衞生馬桶設備和淋浴設備都相對老化一點、給安排了低樓層靠近電梯位置，寄存行李時候溝通一下説儘量能不能安排高樓層説沒有選擇，反正不會選擇這家酒店了

住了兩個晚上，第二天出去玩回來發現飯店沒做house keeping,打給他們後，拖拖拉拉的，後來弄了但毛巾沒有補齊。
但鹽水池確實不錯，但魚更多樣化會更好。

A beautiful swimming pool and warm Jacuzzi. The weather was too chill for swimming in July though. The service was good, and breakfast was ok. Not much options but foods were good. There were always parking spot available not like other hotels in GC. I will definitely go back.
