The room we booked had a nice night view, but when we checked in, we found that the balcony door had a problem and could not be opened. Although it was repaired the next day, shouldn't it have been checked before the customer checked in? There was also the problem of breakfast the next day. There were obviously many empty seats, but we were led to the spare dining area next to the exit to sit down. After we clearly refused, we were led to the breakfast area where tourists from all over the world sat. Can I say that this behavior is not very friendly to us Chinese? This is worth thinking about!

The hotel is a bit old, but the interior has been renovated. Overall it is good, you can go there with your kids. There is a Meriton nearby with similar price but newer, higher and closer to the beach, but unfortunately it doesn't have the good service and facilities of this one. If you only come for one day, there is no need to stay here, but if you stay for a long time, it is recommended.

Most of the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel's snorkeling pool, in particular, is a favorite for children. However, in the snorkeling pool, I noticed that many fish were not in good condition, which made people wonder about the hotel's pool water maintenance and marine life conservation work. What's more unpleasant is that the hotel seems to have some unfair treatment of Chinese guests. Although we didn't book a basic room type, the hotel still arranged for us to stay on the lowest fourth floor. This kind of differential treatment makes people feel very uncomfortable. In addition, during the stay, it was the weekend, and someone was holding a party nearby. The super bass drum beats lasted from the evening until 10:30 and didn't stop. The rooms on the lower floors were buzzing, making it impossible to rest at ease. This noise disturbance seriously affected our accommodation experience. Considering the hotel's price of nearly 3,000 yuan a night, this stay experience is really hard to feel value for money. The high cost did not bring the matching high-quality service and comfortable environment, and the low cost performance was disappointing.
