Facilities: Generally new, clean color scheme, but no toiletries, no free water, but you can drink it directly. Breakfast is very good.

Good Location (5 mins to Surfers Paradise beach)

Con -
The air conditioning doesnt work - Several people in the review have complained about the same issue. The temprature didnt go under 26 degrees.
Poor customer service - We tried calling the reception several times and no one even answered.
2 lifts were not working during our stay - This meant that we were waiting anywhere between 15-20 mins each time for the lifts.
Parking - Parking is shared with the mall and can be a bit tight. You may have to also park further away if its too busy.
Verdict - Even thought there are some positives, I would NOT recommend this to anyone for a stay especially if visiting in summers.
