"The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities, cooking utensils and tableware, and even plastic wrap and baking paper. Free parking is provided and you can directly reach the beach, which is very suitable for personal travel. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the core scenic area, and less than 5 minutes to the train station, which is very convenient."

This 5-star spot has rooms and residences so nice you’ll feel underdressed in your own pajamas—think marble bathrooms and views that could star in a postcard. Dining’s a treat with fresh seafood and an afternoon tea that’s basically a posh snack attack. The pool’s a chill oasis, perfect for pretending you’re a VIP (or Movie Stars, we literally saw Luke Evans walked passed us..) , and the spa’s a solid “yes, please.” It’s steps from the beach and the buzz, but it’ll cost you, and the area can get rowdy. Still, for a swanky escape, it’s a cracker of a choice! ;)"

"The room was spacious, but needed more detailed cleaning, ie. glass windows, couch. The air con dripped water, and had mould on the air fins. No dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. The single beds sagged in the middle. The air con seemed undersized for the space. Some kitchen cupboard doors were hard to open, one wouldn't close at all. But otherwise, the location was good and the unit safe and secure, the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, the views were nice. Pity that the fire alarms went off twice after hours with two firetrucks having to attend to reset the alarms, quite disruptive."

"This hotel was amazing! The staff were super friendly, especially the lady that checked us in on our first night I think her name was Maria maybe? Very convenient location right outside the tram stop too. We loved the breakfasts each morning, it was a great way to kick off our days in the Gold Coast :)"

"Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be made by yourself, two rooms with two double beds and one single bed. A few steps downstairs is the seaside, and a few minutes away to the commercial street, very convenient."

"1100/night, two bedrooms, one queen room, one twin room, one kitchen, one living room, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a corner sea view balcony, a heated swimming pool on the first floor, and a jacuzzi, invincible value for money. The location is excellent, go to sky point 1 Station, suffers paradise 2 Station, and walk past 10-20 minutes. Beautiful first-line sea view, we can't bear to go out in the room to take pictures, kitchen facilities, stayed for three nights. Australia 20-day trip, the most satisfying hotel, no one."

"It was a cozy place to stay in. Room is clean and spacious even if you have lots of luggages. Loved the mini kitchen/dining, very aesthetic. Although the sink is quite small, especially if you're washing the utensils but, still manageable 😉. Tram station is just a few steps away, going to and from to other places is not an issue."

"Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service."
