Das Hotel wirbt mit seinem afrikanischen Flair, dies ist aber umgeben mit asiatischem Touch und nicht ganz durchgehend zu finden. Leider war das Abendessen nicht afrikanisch, aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Das Frühstück (auch nicht afrikanisch) ist grandios. Die Kenya-Suite hat auch dazu eingeladen länger zu bleiben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel, sowohl telefonisch als auch via WhatsApp war leider sehr schlecht.

Das Gesamtpaket stimmt. Guter Service, empfehlenswertes Restaurant, leckeres Frühstück und die neu gestalteten Komfortzimmer sind sehr schön. Lediglich die Lage an der Umgehungsstraße ist ein kleiner Makel, da der Verkehrslärm je nach Lage des Zimmers störend sein kann. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals - insbesondere auch gegenüber den vierbeinigen Gästen - wiegt dies jedoch wieder auf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vom gesamten Team sind wir sehr fürsorglich umsorgt worden und haben sehr schöne Weihnachtsfeiertage verlebt. Das Hotel war wunderschön dekoriert und das Abendessen war auch klasse. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.
