Superb location. Walking distance to Braga Road and eateries. Its just an old hotel so don't expect so much inside the room's facilities. But it's still worth it compared to the low room rate.

Location is great but not recomended, in terms of safety very lacking as my room door damaged and they still assigned to guest. In room phone not worlking even after maintenance came twice. Halfway showe water stop. Build in wardrobe door crack and no actions. Breakfast more to local cuisine. Front Desk not attentive. Require to be more resppnsible especially when guest check out.

Nice hotel for couple, the bed are clean, toilet also, the shampo so good

I book 2 rooms for 4 days 3 night. The housekeepers very helpful if complain anything will clean immediately. Pls brush the bathroom floor and wash the mirror deeply. F&B site need to improve so much. Pls mention food tag for every food. We Indian cannot eat beef and most of the food mix with beef and without tag. Need to improve cleanliness around food area. The reception ladies and gentlemen very kind and helpful. If possible make it ‘NO SMOKING’ at food area to make healthy life. Furnitures need to improve.

Great location, big room. Furniture already tired Helpful staff  Breakfast was ok, but simple, maybe because was Ramadan. At our request, they made an omelette. Good choice of fruits.

My experience with this hotel is 50:50 between bad and good. Location wise it is very strategic and near city center. You can walk 10 min to Braga. Price is cheap considering with Rp 400k ish you can get breakfast for two persons, and the selection of foods varied and they tasted good also! However, on another side, the AC didn't work very well. The building and rooms look a little bit run down. And strangely the bell in our room rang twice at night but when we checked, there was no one. Not a bad experience tho, just strange.

Their services was excellent. their hospitality was so amazing. The breakfast was so amazing.
