Hotel New Awaji is so famous that there is no one in Kansai who doesn't know it, and their commercial song is so famous.
My husband went there on a company trip and said it was great, so my mother and I stayed there for a family trip.
The service was particularly bad, especially the person at the reception desk.
After being told to wait, they left me alone, and I waited on the sofa wondering how long I would have to wait, but it was getting late so I called out to them myself. I don't know if they had forgotten something or what, but it was unpleasant.
An old man escorted me from the elevator to my room, but I didn't particularly need him, so I just wanted the reception to be normally pleasant.
I think it's not good value for money, and it's expensive.
The restaurants are also expensive, so I feel it's not good value for money.
The site area is just so large.
The tea shop may be nice, but the service is not good value for money at all.
I won't be returning.

The service is very considerate, the Japanese-style dinner is exquisite and the portions are generous. The hot spring area is also very spacious and can accommodate more than 20 people at the same time. The breakfast is a buffet with many choices, and the souvenir shop sells delicious food.
