今回は私の会社で永年勤続表彰を受賞し、趣味の魚釣りも楽しめる宿として、妻にはワガママを言って、こちらの宿を利用させてもらいました。 色々な動画を観ており、日本一の魚釣りが出来る宿と期待してとても楽しみにしてました。 チェックインは駐車場でスタッフが待ってくれて、 説明はロビーでソファーに通してくれての手続きに気持ち良かったです。 部屋までの案内も丁寧で気分良くなりました。素晴らしいおもてなしだなと感心して 来て良かったなと思いました。 魚釣りはルアーを使ってやりたいので、他の釣り客の迷惑になるかもと、夕方から利用することにしました。 釣り場はたくさんの方で賑わっていて場所がない中、スタッフさんの心遣いで空けてもらい、釣りたい魚もおかげさまでたくさん釣れました。 スタッフさんがたくさん話しかけてくれて 釣り談義も嬉しかったです。 狙った魚は、アジでしたがサイズが良く、 ヒキを楽しめました。 釣れた魚も有料ですが、夕食で食べられるサービスが良いですね。 一緒に連れて行った妻も喜んでいました。 夕食はビュッフェでしたので好きなものを食べさせていただきました。 お造りがもっとたくさんあると良いなと思いましたが、部屋を案内してくれたスタッフや、外国人のスタッフが一生懸命サービスしてくれて気持ち良かったです。 誕生日が近いとの事でプレゼントもありがとうございました。 お部屋は古さがあるものの、清潔感があり 気持ちよく過ごせました。 ここからなんですが、 チェックアウト時、たくさんの荷物があるのでイン時の説明ではフロントに電話くれればバゲージダウンのお手伝いしますよ とのことでフロントへ電話したところ、 カートだけ部屋の前に置いてかれました。 やっとの思いフロントまで狭いエレベーターを何とか自力で下ろしたがフロントの男2人は全く手伝わず声掛けもなく、何様だと思った。全て台無しでした。 まだ団体さんのチェックアウトに重なってたわけじゃなく、他には誰もお客様がいないのに、白人の外国人と中年の男性の二人のスタッフは非常に不快でした。 せっかくの記念にと思い、愛知から行ったのに、帰りの道中は気分が悪いまま帰る事になりすごく残念でした。

景色がよく、ホテルの前で釣りができました。丁寧に教えてくださり、初めてでも釣り上げることができ、楽しめました。
ビュッフェの食事も夕食・朝食いろいろなものがあり、楽しく選んで、美味しくいただきました。
お部屋は古いですが、とてもきれいでした。
大浴場は脱衣場は清潔でしたが、大浴場の木のイスと桶は少しぬめっとしていたので、プラスチックでも良いのではないのかなと思いました。
風呂上がりに無料のドリンクがあり、淡路島牛乳を飲みました。とても美味しかったです。

サウナがあるのに水風呂がないのはあり得ないと思った。壁紙で「サウナと冷たいシャワーと外気浴で整いください」みたいなことを書いていたけど何もわかっていない。
あと、従業員が部屋の中に入ったら色々と説明してくれるが、慇懃無礼レベル。「いやそんなん見たらわかるわ」と思った。
ただその従業員の方はマニュアル通りなのかもしれないので悪くない。
外国人の従業員は皆さんとても優しく、ご対応は大変満足だった。
ただ、もう行くことはないと思う。
