Hyatt Place Park City

It is a decent property, but I have stayed in better Hyatts before, so it was some adjustment. The room was clean and had necessary amenities but nothing extraordinary. We seldom came in contact with the staff but when we did they did a fine job. The breakfast was really disappointing; limited selection, canned/prepackaged items etc. Coffee was good.

This hotel is amazing! The staff was great, they were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot off I-80 and near Main Street in Park city! Strongly recommend!

A very nice hotel and a great wedding rate for a friend's wedding this past weekend! The variety of breakfast options was also great (this was included in our rate, but $11/ person otherwise). They have a shuttle that will take you to Main St. starting at 3pm, free bikes to borrow, and some very friendly staff who made our stay wonderful! I have also not been to a hotel recently where housekeeping still visits everyday, and they did here which was a nice touch to have beds made and fresh towels. Overall - a great weekend in Park City!

Overall a great stay at the Hyatt! They were quick to respond when I needed to adjust our check-in time. Always water, coffee, and tea available. The complimentary shuttle service was outstanding and very helpful to us since we did not rent a car. The staff was always available to help. The room was clean and spacious.

I stayed here for a ski trip to Park City Resort, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—just a 10-minute drive to the lifts with easy access. The room was spotless, well-stocked with plenty of towels, and the refrigerator had cold water waiting for us, which was a nice touch. The hallways were clean, and it remained quiet after hours, ensuring a peaceful stay. The only area for improvement was the breakfast. I usually enjoy the hot breakfast at Hyatt, and it’s always been a highlight of my stays. Unfortunately, on this visit, the breakfast didn’t meet the usual standard. The egg dish was cold and lacked flavor, and the fruit seemed stale. However, I’m confident this was a one-off, and I look forward to another stay at Hyatt as it is my go-to place to stay when I travel.

We were walked from the hotel in Feb 2025 for a 2 night stay after being informed the hotel had oversold. We arrived at 11pm after a late night flight from the east coast and had to wait an hour at the Hyatt to be rebooked to a different hotel. Ultimately the hotel promised us compensation onsite for the inconvenience but we have been ignored after reaching out multiple times to the GM by email and phone so it seems the hotel was just trying to get us out of their face in person. Ultimately our two night turned one night stay was fine but I would caution future customers that the hotel likes to overbook and it will not be easy to handle the mess created afterwards.
