Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath condo conveniently located in the heart of Park City in Bear Hollow Village with beautiful mountain views close to the Utah Olympic Park and Canyons Ski Resort. Community amenities include an outdoor heated seasonal pool and year round hot tub, a clubhouse and fitness center, free covered heated garage and street parking. Bear Hollow Village is just minutes away from Park City downtown, Canyons resort, Utah Olympic Park, shops at Outlets Park City and Redstone Village.

Please ensure that all adult members of your party who will be arriving separately receive all information found in booking details. By booking, you agree to, and are bound by all house rules. IT'S YOUR HOME for the time you are there. Please treat it as if you would your own house.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS.
LOCATION: The condo where you will be staying is located at 5569 N Oslo Lane, #3104, Park City, UT
DIRECTIONS: The condo is located on the first floor, patio facing Oslo Ln but to enter walk around the corner on the left and it is the first door on the right.
PARKING: When you arrive, please park in the guest stalls outside right by patio until you enter the condo where you will find the garage opener. Please park inside the garage in the designated stall marked 3104 which will be directly on your left as you drive in. Please be advised that the parking stall is narrow as it is inside the building and parking a truck or van can be challenging. At the condo you will find two guest passes for two vehicles-one to be parked in the garage and one outside in guest parking stalls. There are two small guest parking areas right outside the condo patio. We strongly encourage all guests to carpool and only bring two vehicles MAXIMUM. Additional parking should you absolutely need it can be found in front of Club house-short walk to the condo or on the side of the road but please pay attention to signs as part of the year there are some restriction due to snow removal. Please fill parking passes out entirely with the marker provided in the tray and display visible while staying at the condo. Failure to do so may result in towing of your vehicle at your own expense (HOA regulation). Please do not park in other stalls inside the parking garage as it can result in towing at your own expense (HOA regulation).
CHECK-IN After 4 PM. Your digital keyless access code will be the last 4 digits of telephone number of the person on the reservation and will be set ONE day before the arrival with commencement and expiration that matches your reservation. Touch the YALE pad on the door to activate it, the screen will light up, enter 4 digit code then push green check mark on the smart pad. To lock the door just close and push the green check mark. Inside on the small black shelf on your left you will find garage opener, building/garage/hot tub gate access card (white blank)/clubhouse access card (with green writing)/patio closet key. Please take care of these as in case of loss or accidentally taking it with you $500 will be requested through platform to replace EACH as it is very labor intensive, wastes a lot of time to replace and the unit is not rentable (you are not just being charged for the cost of the item to be replaced but for the effort it will take as well). PLEASE leave ALL 4 items where you found them!
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS. CHECK-OUT 11 AM. You do not need to clean apartment or wash linens, but you are expected to leave the apartment in a generally clean state. Please load the dishes into dishwasher and start it, take out trash and throw all dirty towels inside the bathtubs, turn off the lights, close all windows/doors, and lock the apartment on lock pad.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION. IT'S YOUR HOME for the time you are there. Please treat it as if you would your own house. We kindly ask that you not wear shoes inside the apartment, not put wet objects such as glasses or cups on wooden furniture and please use over the stove fan when cooking. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or disposing of cigarette butts anywhere on the premises or near the condo and absolutely no pets. We use our condo on regular basis and are extremely allergic to both. Please do not rearrange furniture in the unit.
DETERGENT, SOAP, GARBAGE BAGS, etc. We will leave some for you to start you off. If you need more please purchase to ensure the condo is left in a clean condition. Please avoid frying heavily GREASY foods in the kitchen and leave the condo in a neat state! You may be asked for additional cleaning fee amount if it requires more than regular turn over time to clean the unit/tidy up after your stay with increments of $100/hr requested through platform. Please do not use confetti/tape and leave after your stay party/birthday decorations. Any additional clean up time for these will be charged in $100/hr through platform for removal and clean up.
LAUNDRY Please keep in mind if you combine sheets and towels of different colors they may bleed. Please clean the lint collectors in the dryer after each cycle as it will accumulate and become a fire hazard.
POOL/HOT TUB/CLUB HOUSE Pool is seasonal and is only open in the summer. The hot tub is located behind the building. You can access it going around the building or taking the elevator from the garage to the second floor and walking through the hallway. You need the white blank access key to open the gate. The access key will only open the hot tub that is designated to the building you are staying in. Please only use the white towels provided to take to hot tub/pool. You can find the club house access key on the counter. If you need to make club house reservations for an event, please visit http://bhvhoa.com under clubhouse tab. During pandemic the hours of operation for both facilities may vary with access restrictions that change on daily and weekly basis.
REFUSE/TRASH Is located right next to the parking stall inside the parking garage. Please DO NOT leave trash bags around the building complex by the trash cans.
REPAIRS It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of anything that is damaged, broken, dangerous, is not in working order. We do our best to check for damages after every move out, but if you do not notify us immediately, you may assume liability for damages and payment thereof.
SKIERS/SNOWBOARDERS Please leave your ski gear, equipment and boots in the patio closet-the key is provided and labeled. Please do not store any equipment on the patio as it is not permitted by HOA and we are not liable for any damages or theft. Additionally, do not leave them on the carpet or other floor areas. Any damage done to the area will be requested through platform.
SHIPPING/MAIL If you need to open a PO box there are several postal offices in the area. You are welcome to ship items to yourself while you stay in the unit, keeping in mind that you are the responsible party for signing and picking them up. Unfortunately, we are unable to forward mail after your stay.
LOST & FOUND We will gladly mail you items left behind for a convenience fee of $30 plus shipping & handling.
CONFIDENTIALITY We kindly ask that you not discuss the terms of your rental agreement i.e. length, payment with anyone and simply mention that you are a guest. No shoes inside, quiet hours 10 pm-9 am. Absolutely no loud parties/loud speaking/yelling/loud music or big gatherings. Noise complaints by HOA management will incur an automatic $500 fee. We as hosts are not liable for any injuries that may occur at the property to the guests or visitors. There is no smoking allowed of any kind in the unit or on the walkways/patio or areas adjacent to the unit. This includes but not limited to vaping, hookah, marijuana or cigarettes. If you are caught smoking you will be charged $500 fine and may be asked to leave. Please DO NOT use towels to wipe make-up/foundation/hair-die removal/drying off freshly dyed hair/wiping shoes. You will be charged $30/towel that will be found with any permanent stains. If you damage anything in the unit you will be responsible for repairs starting at rate of $100/hr and up, at owners discretion depending on cost of repair. You can find extra plush blankets in closets/dresser drawers of each bedroom and in the living room. Please keep in mind that your condo is in the middle of the mountain in the nature. During warm seasons you may encounter random "guests" such as occasional tree bugs that may crawl through windows or occasional ants. They are rare and there is an ant spray under the sink. Please lock all windows and doors upon check out.
