The home is located on the 2nd floor of the Springs building, which you can comfortably reach via elevator. You will first arrive at a tiled entryway with a built-in wooden bench and coat rack, making it comfortable to sit down and remove your outdoor gear before settling in. Directly to the right of the entryway is the condo’s full bathroom. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo, a pedestal sink, and shelving to store your personal items. As you make your way into the bright and inviting condo, you will first come to the well-laid out kitchen, where you will find a range of basic cookware perfect for those times you want to eat in. Comfortably placed on the other side of the kitchen counter is the dining area, where you will find a round table with seating for four. Head further into the room and take in the living space that offers a spacious common area for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely gas fireplace as you settle into the three-person couch or loveseat and enjoy a movie on the 55” TV. For added comfort, you will find a large coffee table where board games are stored, a small side table, and a lamp situated around the room. At night, turn this room into an additional sleep space and pull the three-person couch into a comfortable king-size bed. Off the living room, step out to the private balcony, a south-facing balcony that enjoys views over the Dercum mountains.
