Our last visit at Hampton Inn was very nice. We came just before the hurricane Helene and didn't have a car. Barbara, from the breakfast service department (breakfast is usual, typical Hampton inn - waffles, oatmeal, eggs, coffee, etc) took us to a restaurant and back that night (it was raining cats and dogs). Next day, she did the same for a lunch. I would like to thank April and all of the employees, who helped us in this hard period of life (interesting fact - there are a big group of senior citizens ladys working front desk, kitchen and housekeeping, obviously they like their jobs). The room is big (we just came from Marriott in Brooklyn, NY and rooms are much smaller and cost much more), nice, comfy bed with 4 pillows, A/C was working, nice water pressure in the shower, with plenty of hot water. First night they provided us with water and not to forget - fresh water with lemons and Ice tea dispensers with complimentary chocolate cookies every day. We are thankful we stayed in a great hotel. Excellent location off i26, easy on and off. Hotel is very clean with very friendly staff, full continental breakfast, and a large parking lot. Good restaurants, shopping centers and gas stations are within close proximity of the hotel. Join hilton honors for rewards!

Up front this hotel has great service, is very clean and I would totally stay here again. There were a few cosmetic things that were a little odd. My shower leaked but that was fixable. Carpeting in the rooms had an orange-ish tint and the weirdest thing... The closet and bathroom doors looked like something out of a janitor's closet. Big gray steel monstrosities! In fact I thought it was a furnace room before I opened it. Like they had a sale at Industrial Doors 'R Us and they jumped on it. I'm being nit picky though. The place is nice.

Hotel and staff are amazing. Super clean and super friendly. Room was very nice, bathroom was great, and bed was comfortable. Overall hotel and rooms look new and has great decor. I would choose this hotel over anywhere else based off of my experience.

We stayed here prior to a cruise. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and sparkling clean. The decor in the common areas is modern and seating is comfortable. The room itself was perfect. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Will stay here again.

Great stay. After having a nightmare check in at the Home2 Suites next door I was able to get a room at the Hampton Inn. . the front desk staff is courteous. The room was clean and the breakfast area was clean the staff person maintaining the cleanliness at the breakfast area was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. There is a Target and Walmart nearby and several restaurants. The location is great it right off the highway.

I would have given the Hotel 5 Stars, but when we arrived our Diamond status was ignored and also we were waiting a long time at the desk to be helped on arrival. We arrived late at night and it was the night guy who was not a 5 star rate. Otherwise the Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly, especially the Breakfast Lady name Barbara, she kept the Breakfast area well stocked and clean and was a pleasure to talk to for a moment. Our Room was comfortable and clean and had plenty of space in our two bed room type. There is no Safe in the Room. Big Closet and full length Mirror and Dresser Drawer and Mini Microwave and Mini Refrigerator and big screen TV and Work Desk and Chair are in the room. The Bathroom had both a Tub and Shower, with good shelves for storing your personal Toiletries, and the Hot water and pressure in the Shower were very good. The Hotel has 2 Meeting Rooms that you can not bring Food into them. There is a Business Center, Fitness Center, Outside Swimming Pool. The Hotel is near Stores that also include a Walmart Superstore.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Summerville, SC for one night. Everything about the room and hotel was fine but there is one caveat I should mention. I booked the room online and was a bit confused when there were two listings for a room with king bed and a sofa bed but figured it was just a web site error so I picked one. When we got to the hotel, we learned that there is a single room with king bed and sofa bed that has a tub and the rest have a walk-in showers. Of course, I had picked the one with the tub and since we didn't particularly want that, I asked if we could switch. Shawn was very helpful in moving us to one of the rooms with a walk-in shower. He also gave us a through rundown on Charleston since it was our first time there. I've looked again at the website and can't find where it states tub vs. shower for those rooms. Maybe I'm missing it but if you can't find it either, I suggest you call the hotel directly to book a room if it matters to you.
