Subang Jaya Hotels with Wi-Fi

I was very disappointed with the hotel . When I arrived at the hotel at around 8 pm, I was informed by the frontdesk that my booking has been changed to another hotel ( about 30 minutes away) as there were no more rooms available. This was unacceptable to me as I have made prior arrangements. I wanted to see the manager who eventually arrived and after lots of persuasion and frustrations, she managed to get me a room only after about 2 hours. I was late for my appointments that evening. In the room, there was no toiletries - toothbrush, toothpaste, lotions, combs etc except for hand soap. To make it worse, the rain shower hose gave way in the morning which fortunately missed hitting me. Initially i was told that my booking was without breakfast and had to remind the front desk to check and confirm it as i had booked breakfast as part of the bookings. Fortunately I was only staying for one night and left first thing in the morning.

We came with a person with feet Crutches, the room given was very far from the lift. Moreover, the breakfast area is around 800 steps from the main lobby, very far. The receptionist should be more helpful. The food are complete and delicious. Thank you

The location is good, next to Sunway pyramid mall. I booked 2 rooms, 1 of the room smell bad, with smoking smell, the other room is fine.

There is a noticeable difference in how different guests are treated. I requested to have both rooms on the same floor, but was told the hotel was too full to accommodate this. As a result, I paid an additional fee to upgrade one room. Despite this, the guests in that room only vacated at 4:06 PM, and I didn't receive any call, even though we left our room around 6 PM. When I asked the Reception about this, they claimed they called our room, but no one answered. It's unrealistic to expect someone to stay in their room all day without stepping out, especially since I informed the Reception during check-in that I could be reached on my mobile. It feels like because I didn't pay the full price and only topped up an additional fee, our room was only available when we returned to the hotel at around 10 PM, and no snacks were provided unlike in the fully paid room. I requested a late checkout for just one hour but was told only one room would be granted this privilege. Yet, other guests were allowed to check out as late as 4 PM. There is a clear and significant disparity in the treatment of different guests. Snacks and amenities should be replenished daily, not just provided on the first day at check-in. However, this has not been consistent, as some rooms received these items while others did not.

I recently stayed at here and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, situated in a convenient area close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. As for the amenities, they were top-notch, offering everything I needed, from a well-equipped gym to a relaxing spa. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a flawless experience. 5/5 across the board!

A bit pricey with no any facilities attached. Even going to the Lagoon must also paying full price. Suggest to have discount for resort/hotel guests. Non Malaysian paying even higher

I love the room. It is spacious and clean. There are many shops and restaurants at the hotel. Parking is also available at the basement. Will definitely come again in the future.

I booked this hotel for my friend who wanted to transit temporarily. She want to move to Subang Jaya early the next morning. Overall, this hotel is quite comfortable to stay in, but needs to give more attention to the cleanliness aspect. Beside that, there is no parking for guest provided.

Everything ok until I heard my daughter screaming. Found out, there's a cockroach in the bathroom died after she stepped. Room small, not suit for prayers. Aircond, they reset it. But still after that it warm back. My mom swet until the morning. The worker's are polite and nice. Tak ambil gambar, malas.

The best thing abt this hotel is it's location other than that it's not that good. I stayed there for 2 nights, the room had ants in it and the towels, bedsheets and pillows had stains on them. The interior is very old and everything needs to be replaced. Overall I would say this entire hotel needs an upgrade asap cuz it's not that good. My main issue was the ants tbh.
