Lilton Hotel Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen

I've probably never stayed in a worse hotel. I booked for two nights - on the first evening they settled in a room that was smoky to the curtains, carpet and pillows. I immediately returned to the reception, but the person was already gone. After a night in this room, I felt like an ashtray for 2 more days. Okay, I thought, I'll check it out. Airing did not help and at 21.20 I wrote him a message to the hotel room. The next morning at 9 am, without receiving a response from him, I wrote to support and after that I was relocated. The room was not smoky, but when I returned to it in the evening, I found that out of 3 shower doors, 2 were missing. This is such a service - when you relocate a disgruntled guest, you give him a room in which it is impossible to wash. In general, I did not want to move again and stayed in this room. Even in this hotel (it is better to say a hostel from the seventies) the feeling that you live in a box, you can hear absolutely everything and from all sides. The cleaning lady rattles with everything she can, the person from the reception speaks in such a way that you can hear it from the first floor to the second, and the guests knock on the doors and stomp like elephants. Just a complete failure
