Agreements between the team are not kept, the guests are lied to!
The guest is labelled as ***** and treated as such.
Promises are made to the guests that are not kept.
Instead, the guests are literally ripped off for money, e.g. charging €20 PER DAY for parking or €25 PER DAY for an extra bed for a 1-year-old child is an absolute disgrace. Especially since, despite repeated requests, a hotel employee assured us by telephone that the extra bed would be put in the room free of charge. After discussing the multiple inconveniences with a colleague on the night shift, we were assured that the costs would be refunded or waived, which was revoked the next day by another employee. There is only one thing that comes to mind: A DIRTY SHOP WITHOUT ANY AGREEMENT, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! The room was also dirty and run down and the bed linen stank (SMELLED OF OLD SWEAT!!!)
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone in ANY way!!!
