Hotel Hansa Stuttgart City

The location and cleanliness are excellent for the price; it's a real value for money. It's among the best and most affordable hotels I've stayed in, and it's among the top choices. The only issue is the small elevator, so the room isn't a big deal.

This was an extremely bad experience, and I absolutely have to review it! 1/ The deluxe single room only had a roof window, which couldn't be opened for fresh air when it rained. I offered to pay for a room change, but was refused. 2/ On our first day, the kitchen caught fire. Firefighters and police arrived, but no one evacuated anyone and no explanation was given. We only learned it was the kitchen fire through Ctrip. 3/ Because they refused to change rooms, and the experience was so bad, I requested a better hotel three days after booking six days. I was refused without any reason, and still no room change was granted. 4/ Ultimately, they unilaterally refused to communicate, and even withdrew our entire payment three days before departure, unilaterally refusing to respond to any written emails. I'm so enlightened.

We stayed on the 5th floor and as soon as we entered, I immediately thought it was not bad. The room and bathroom were a bit old, but they were usable. The towels and blankets smelled unpleasant, so I told them and they replaced them right away and the staff's service was good. The hotel service is very good. There is no kettle in the room, but the front desk staff is enthusiastic to provide it, which is worth recommending. The room has a small balcony, but unfortunately I left before dawn. It is no problem to stay temporarily when traveling, which is worth recommending.
