非常讓人難受的一次住宿經歷。在歐洲旅行多年，第一次遇到這種狀況。豪華單人間，平米數小就算了，頂上衹有一個頂窗，下雨天無法開窗。跟酒店協商加錢換房間，一天換三個人，每個人説法不同，最終告訴你不可能。
雙人間樓層不同，看起來是乾淨的，但是就是不開窗有味兒，不知道哪裡來的味道。
一共訂了六天，第一天就發生了火災警報，下樓立刻來了一堆的警察和消防員，無人通知到底發生了什麼，最後經過攜程的客服才知道，是廚房有火，產生了煙霧…
由於以上非常糟糕的體驗，在第一天就提出，我們可以住三天，留足三天提前量，後三天我們要求換去別的酒店住。然後魔幻的事情來了：不但堅決不接受我們的請求、在我們用電子郵件聯繫的前提下，不直接回復，而是通過攜程説，你們走了就是接受我們全部收錢，總之你們的錢我們一分不退，郵件我們也不會回覆的！！！開了眼了。
海外旅行這麼多年，這是我們遇到過的最差服務的酒店，沒有之一。如果有人尤其是華人在後麪定，請注意。最好分幾次預訂給自己留足自由度。當然，不定可能更佳。
從我們的經驗來看，有品牌連鎖的還是更有保障，比如後來我們入住的希爾頓歡朋。服務態度顯然不在一個level。
一次非常糟糕的經驗，給後來人提個醒吧。

An excellent hotel for both its facilities but mainly by the super friendly welcome of the personnel. Amazing service care from a French guy managing the lobby !! To highly recommand.
