Right in the old town, 2 mins away from Petite France. Stayed there during Christmas and have chosen the hotel specifically because it’s easy to get to the various Christmas markets on foot. Nice modern room with a view of the street, so I can see the Christmas decor on the streets right from my window. Room is sound proof so no worries on street noise. Free spiced mulled wine which is a good gesture that can be enjoyed at the restaurant. They also gave 2 chocolates and free minibar consisting of soft drinks that are refilled daily. Breakfast is adequate. Overall a comfortable stay that is just 8 mins walk from the railway station.

We really enjoyed our stay in Citadines Strasbourg, the location is fantastic - very centrally located, within walking distance to the nearest tram station. A small issue with the kitchen is that the stove kept flickering and switching off when cooking.

Conveniently located in the city centre and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was sizeable and comfortable for a couple, with enough room to open up two luggage bags on the floor. We were also pleasantly surprised with a goodie bag of local treats (chocolate, cookies and honey) in a reusable tote bag.

The room facilities are a bit old, the elevator is very small, and it can accommodate 2 people and 2 boxes. The room is facing the street. The special surprise is that the room also has a balcony where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the street view.

The location is in the city center, with convenient supermarkets and transportation. There is a living room, dining table and kitchen utensils. You can save money by cooking your own meals. The service staff is good, but there is no daily cleaning service.

Excellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

Great location, like really could not have find better, walking distance from everywhere, beautiful building and they preserved the old features of the construction. A lot of restaurants around the area, there is cold water dispenser to take to your room. Would totally come back.

The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep. The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.

The hotel is located in the centre, the night's silence, the comfort of the room, cleaning, excellent breakfast. A mini-fridge in the room would be desirable, for the rest of the room well furnished and of good size.

There are no bus lines on Google Maps and Baidu Maps. But there is TRAM. It is about 3 stops from the train station. Actually walking about 800 meters, but this ancient city is relatively quiet and it is a bit noisy to drag luggage. Hahaha The room was great. Water, the first bottle is free. The water in the refrigerator in the back is charged, I don't know.
