This hotel is a very beautiful boutique hotel, which we have been staying with my family two nights. It is very comfortable to travel to all tourist points. The hotel has a clean smile-faced staff very interested breakfast is tasty and nutrient. They have not returned us while we arrived early. You can adjust.We had a electrical problem in the room but they passed us to a larger room with a terrace immediately. That was a very nice gesture.Even in the entrance water felt good. Also there were coffee bids. Thank you for everything again if we come here again. We stay at the hotel.

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Beaucour hotel. Our room was the charme. It was a traditional Alsatian style room, spacious as described on their website.The staff was helpful in everything we asked of them.The breakfast was traditional Alsatian type, having everything necessary, but without satisfying us.What I didn't like were the moldy spots in the bathroom.However, its location is excellent (just 10 minutes walk from Petit France and 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral).I would definitely recommend it as it combines a great location and a good value for your money.

This is one of the most underwhelming hotels I have stayed in. Pro’s: location is on tramline and a close walk to attractions. Staff were accommodating and the breakfast is good. Cons: if your room faces the street it is incredibly loud. Bring earplugs. Horns, tram, screaming. Pillows are hard, no plug anywhere near the bed to charge a phone. Dim lights/no overhead light. The room was painted very dark/no pictures on walls. Not cheerful at all. The hallway was red and looked like a toddler painted it. There were nice touches like a free chocolate but this place misses the mark.

Even though the staff is very friendly and the hotel has a certain charm, I don’t think I can with good faith rate my experience higher than this. The single room is very small for someone as tall as me even if I fit in the bed comfortably. Turning in the minuscule bathroom was very difficult. Efforts had been made to decorate the room with art, but in this case I would have preferred just plain walls. The biggest shortcoming is the dated heating system which was inadequate for the cold winter months. Not my cup of tea.

We booked this hotel as we were looking for something central and with a a garage. The place is quite nice, the position is ideal to visit La Petite France and the centre of Strasbourg. The rooms are ok, but where very small, and the service wasn't really of a 4 star hotel. When struggling getting out of the elevetor with my lagguage, the staff just watched me and didn't even try to help. We found it too expensive for what it actually is.

Very spacious room . Love the hotel location. Hidden away from the busy streets. Breakfast is not too bad. The river cruise is just located infront of the hotel. The Notre-Dame cathedral is just minutes of walk away . Many museums around us. Many lovely restaurants and shopping streets just minutes away. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Superb hotel, with good amenities, top notch staff/service, good beds and great design. This a higher end hotel (4 stars) but arguably better than some other hotels at this grade. Leans towards design more than sumptuousness and does it well. Walkable to the centre. Would recommend for trips to Strasbourg.

Not talking dirt in the bunks (thankfully) but for as new as it seems, the shared spaces are rough. Bathrooms look rough, half the soap and dryers don’t work (not a good thing for hygiene obviously), the showers were always covered in water and hot water, up for debate. Next, the place is loud. Not hostel, a few people are chatting loud and certainly not 8pm, like the room was basically in the bar and the bar was busy (see next item) till after 1. Sure, we could have closed the window to help a bit but with no other airflow in the room, it’s a choice between super loud and hot/stuffy. Loud won. Last off, during my stay, they were hosting an event which meant a ton of people hanging around. Now the event was for a great purpose and that’s awesome and everyone was friendly too but it still meant the bar was basically taken over by locals who knew each other and filled up the community spaces, instead of a traveler or even a general bar vibe. Not a thrilling thing to find out after checking in. All that said, staff was great, super friendly when I checked in and around the place. The bar / restaurant is well done with a nice range of options and decent prices though I didn’t find the breakfast worth the buffet cost. Like the other locations, rooms are nicely done, bunks have good curtains, power, lights, all the makings of a 10/10, but not.

I just checked out of this hotel today. I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I walked in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to park offsite, several blocks away, but they will transfer your luggage to and from the hotel. We had two rooms at the hotel, and we stayed in a family area that had a door off the hallway to both of our rooms. This is perfect if you have need to but your kids in one room and you/spouse in the other. The queen size rooms are not huge, but I found the room to be laid out very well. It really didn’t bother me at all that they are smaller than some of the hotels we stay at in the United States. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was wonderful. The presentation is beautiful. When you walk in it is a buffet but you can also order off the menu I suggest ordering the French toast. One of the best things about this hotel is air conditioning !!!! I can’t express enough how important it is when it is 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioner did not keep the room at a cool, 71 to 72° but very close. I hope to return to Strasbourg in the future, and I certainly will stay at Maison Rouge again.
