The hotel is located right opposite the main station, which is convenient. Though its relatively far from most of the places of interest. We chose it due to our large luggages, it'll be great if they had ramp at their entrance for us to drag our luggage in. 😅
The room is very clean, and we got a free upgrade. Room is consider pretty small even though its upgraded. So be very careful when booking the small room. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade with 2 huge luggages. Breakfast is decent. They had free flows of drinks any time of the day, which is a plus for a chilling weather to have a cup of tea/coffee.
Overall is a pretty decent stay.

Отель очень понравился. В номере идеальная чистота, удобные кровати, есть всё необходимое. Вежливый персонал. Прекрасное расположение: в двух шагах от железнодорожного вокзала и пешей доступности от самого центра города, рядом есть супермаркеты, кафе и тд. Нас смогли заселить на несколько часов раньше положенного времени, а после выселения позволили оставить вещи в камере хранения. Рекомендую место!

The location of the hotel is very good, but the rooms are old and quite small. This may be a point to consider for those looking for more comfort.
The hotel offers a garage for €30 per night, but I strongly advise against it for people with a large car: we had a lot of trouble getting through the garage door.
Finally, breakfast was not included in our reservation, and it was necessary to add €17 per person, which may be an additional cost to expect.
Overall, a well-located hotel, but with some drawbacks to consider before booking.

Great location for train travelers because the hotel is across the plaza from the station. A 15-20 minute walk to the Cathedral and about the same for Petit France. Plenty of trams and buses and the little tourist train can be boarded at the Cathedral. Good breakfast at the hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. It would help if the staff posted notices on the doors of the rooms to please close the doors quietly - most of the guests slammed them and the place echoes,

The hotel is within walking distance from the station and to nearby attractions. The parking lot with discounted parking is available. The price is reasonable. I think I can go live again next time.

Breakfast is very good, comfortable, location is good, service is good, there is a small balcony to see the street view, you can help me late check out, there is a small supermarket across the road, walk for a long time, the main attractions have been around, there is a folk museum worth seeing

The location of the hotel is perfect. Closed to both train station and city centre. I love the breakfast, and the staff are very kind. However, my room was quite old compared to the ads picture.

Yyqzhong9I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is close to the train station. Although it is along the street, it is not noisy at all and very quiet. The hotel decoration is very unique, the room is very clean, and we can park our bicycles in the room.
The waiter is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. I would have stayed a few more days if I had known earlier.

NNooshinThe room is clean, but it was too small. The bathroom was really small and it was too difficult to use it. The room has kettle and some tea and coffee. There was not any noise in the room during our stay. Their servicing was good and every day clean the room if you want. The location of hotel is good enough for walking around the city and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Also there are a coffee machine in the lobby and you can have free coffee, also have the water machine which have 3 types of water. I like this hotel but actually I don’t want to stay there again as the bathroom was not good enough. Also there isn’t any view.

However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145.
No details printed.
They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me!
We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.
