I was nervous to come here after reading all the bad reviews! However I found it not bad for the price at all. Room was nice and spacious for myself and the 2 kids. A/C worked perfectly the room was nice temp. Considering it was 37 degrees outside this was great! We were just above the bar but didn't experience any noise and I actually think the bar closed before 10 each night.Bed was really comfy too.I was a bit disappointed with the chamber maid service though. Our room wasn't cleaned or towels changed for the two nights we were there. In fairness though we did come back to the room to chill from the 37 degree heat but it was 4pm at that stage!Overall though for the price I would say a good choice!

A little small Christmas price is usually 2.5 times 2.5 No kettle hot water to go to the first floor can come back in the off-season... But very close to the train station, no need to store luggage, this is a good location.

The hotel staff are very efficient , available and pleasant and the room was clean and reasonably priced. There is a car park in the hotel grounds which has to be reserved and paid for but it offers proximity to the lift for unloading and charging baggage. The breakfast was copious . The hotel is very close to the historic city centre of Strasburg and Tramlines to other parts of the city. The room was small for a couple and some renovation is advisable. There was numerous points of observation that there was a policy prevention of the spread of the COVID virus e.g. staff wore masks and advised customers to do the same and there were disinfectant possibilities on every floor.

Just a 3 min walk from Strasbourg Train Station straight across the plaza. Very easy walk to most sights such as the river and famous covered bridges and towers (5mins) or cathedral (10mins). Large mall and Galleries Lafayette (10mins)Excellent front of house staff (special mention of Gabrielle) who are very welcoming and helpful. Room we had (103) was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and aircon worked well (very quiet and efficient). We had no noise from either the road or other guests. If I had to find a complaint it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast was excellent in quality and choice and again the staff very professional. The breakfast room is very tastefully laid out and modern.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation, just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is clean and hygienic, there is a Shanghai sister responsible for the catering part, the people are very good and very kind. The breakfast is very exquisite, especially the various snacks, the taste is superb, it is very recommended

Not worth your money. Paid a room for a family of 3 over 350€ per night for a couple of nights… these are pros and cons Pros - walking distance from anything - quiet - clean Cons - can’t adjust the temperature in the room and it got really hot - can’t even have space to stop the car and pick up people - tiny bathroom - very strong smell of paint - tiny shelves especially for 3 and a couple of days - useless and brainless staff…(e.g. when saying it’s hot, the answer is open the window, in winter with noise outside…) - the neighborhood right outside of the hotel is more that questionable. Mostly immigrant males. My wife (she is not Caucasian) and my daughter didn’t feel safe walking alone especially in the evening. - bedding isn’t amazing

The hotel was locates just outside the main train station and well connected to all interesting spots of the city. Service was great, staff was friendly and breakfast was extensive and varied, hot and cold options with high quality food and beverage. Rooms were okay, bed comfortable and overall a great stay.

It's about a 3-minute walk from the station across the traffic lights. It's close and convenient. There was a bottle of mineral water in the fridge, and a PAUL box on top of it. I thought, ”Hmm?” and when I took it out, liquid was dripping from the corner. It was probably something left behind by a former guest. Other than that, it was clean. The hair dryer was the type that you had to keep pressing with your finger, and if you loosen your finger even a little, the air stops, so it was hard to use, but I guess that's overseas quality. lol The security in front of the station is not terrible, but there were quite a few strange people even at 9pm in the summer when it was still daylight. As a Japanese person, it seems better to return to the hotel between 7pm and 8pm. There is a Carrefour supermarket about a 3-minute walk away.

What a great little hotel located about a block from the train station. Strasbourg is wonderful and we wish we had longer to stay. We were just passing through for 1 night on the way to Austria. The hotel was booked for the value and location and it truly surpassed any expectation we may have had. Super clean and updated rooms, great location for walking to the Cathedral and the old town section. Great restaurants close by with so many options. Would stay there again without hesitation!
