Amazing location, nicely refurbished building and area. Private room is a decent size, essentially like a no-frills hotel for around 50€ a night (not sure how sustainable this price will be).
Was able to park bikes reasonably securely to stands in courtyard, and excellent cycle lanes nearby. Staff very helpful. Free WiFi. USB charging in room. Soap and towels in private rooms.
No accessible WC in public area, seemed to be blocked off by the restaurant in the morning.
Can't vouch for dormitories or restaurant as we didn't try either.

The room, shower room, and toilet were all clean, and were cleaned every day. It was just that the drainage in the shower room was a little clogged, but it was okay.
