The location is very good. It's a bit of a walk from the tram, but it's not a problem. There is no shampoo or other amenities, so I wonder if there is an extra charge. Th only nice thing about this hotel was the location. I stayed in a 6 people shared room, to be honest it was quite expensive, and didn’t even have a towel or shampoo in the shower room. I’ve never been to a hotstel this expensive without any amenities.
When I asked about the towels, they told me they are 4 euros to rent.
Also the pillow and the blanket were terribly dirty.. I regret not having stayed in an airbnb for a little bit more price.
For the priced I paid they should have at least included some of the amenities, or cleaned the bed properly.

The first time I came to Strasbourg it was soooo amazing. And of course those places tend to be quite pricey! But this hostel is an option to stay at reasonable prices!

Accidentally booked 2 beds. Wrote to the booking system. This hotel does not react, does not respond. The reception answered that yes, they cancelled 1 of the 2 beds, but did not inform the booking system…
The staff is very friendly. Both in the hotel itself and in the bar. But the drinks are not tasty, only still water is more or less okay. But a very pleasant attitude.
