L'accueil a été parfait et l'établissement est facile d'accès. Bon emplacement. Quelques petits ajustements restent à revoir notamment vis à vis du tarif et surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'un séjour touristique en couple. Encore une petite remarque, les peignoirs étaient un peu fatigués (l'un d'eux était déchiré)

Das perfekte Hotel für Besuche im Zenith Strasbourg. Toll eingerichtet wie in einer afrikanischen Lodge. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplätze vorhanden. Grosse und sauber Zimmer. War bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel und kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Ca. 10-15 Gehminuten vom Zenith entfernt.

Canteen meal and 2-star room"3… We used a Smartbox "3 days of gastronomy, castles and beautiful residences" in Strasbourg from May 5 to 7 at the hotel restaurant Le lodge, a 4 star... However: 1- the room was at most worthy of a 2 star: not even a refrigerator, no magnifying mirror, no cosmetic products. 2- the restaurant being closed, we had a canteen meal (goat cheese salad, frozen lasagna and frozen kouglof) in the breakfast room! Truly scandalous. An offer for a real free gourmet meal would be the least we could do! Date of experience: May 5, 2024

We chose this hotel because we liked the decoration and the overall atmosphere and it intrigued us. We were not disappointed, it is a very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and pleasant, the bathroom is more than adequate. Downside: the mattress is too soft, the pillows too hard, the TV too high and the light too strong, there is no small kit in the bathroom (cotton buds, cotton, etc.), the floor mat is too thin for a walk-in shower, the breakfast is expensive for the choices offered. We still recommend it and will come back for our next stay in Strasbourg.

I made a reservation for 3 nights. In advance I wrote an email to have the room on our arrival (1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m.). When we arrived the receptionist told us that the room was available 30 minutes later. In the end we waited 4 hours... for a room with cobwebs and hairs on the bed... For the inconvenience caused, the staff had talked about a gesture. However, when we left: radio silence. We were supposed to receive a call but nothing at all. In conclusion, this hotel went rather well and the decor is super pretty but availability and timing are not their strong point. And the mattress sags so back pain is guaranteed

In addition, the tranquility of the hotel’s location allowed me to rest peacefully after a busy day. In short, my stay at Lodge Hotel Strasbourg exceeded all my expectations. From the impeccable service to the charming ambiance to the comfort of the rooms, every aspect of my experience was simply perfect.
